I was very disappointed! I placed a take-out order and when I went to pick it up one of the ladies at the front showed me all my items before putting them in a bag. The make your own omelette I ordered was supposed of holiday sauce, so when she opened it I asked specifically if it had hollandaise sauce on it and she said "yes". I drove all the way home, unpacked our breakfast and sure enough my omelette had no hollandaise sauce on it!! So I called the restaurant, first was put on hold and disconnected, then finally spoke to a manager who just said they would make another one for me. I drove all the way back to get a new omlette which was correct, but in the whole process never received a single apology for my trouble or for their error. Which is sad, considering an apology costs nothing yet means more than anything when it is sincere.

Me and my mom came here around 10:30 am, after her doctor appointment. First time so went up to one cashier, but she said she was handling catering and to sit ourselves and go uip and place order. Everyone was busy and after reading menu I realized we missed breakfast which ended at 10 am., still no one approached me so that I could ask anything. Mom is in wheelchair, so place is spacious and looks like it would be a nice place to eat, but I guess we came at an inconvenient time for them. We was leaving and still no one approached us with any help.

This place is always busy on the weekends! We went Saturday morning and surprise... it was busy! We had a party of 3 and waited about 20 mins for a table ( not to bad for the crowd). Our break fast was good but nothing that wowed our party. I attached a picture of a toasted muffin ( the waiter recommended it). It is a blue berry muffin which was put on the grill to make it crispy served with butter.

My husband and I frequent this Perkins because of the awesome service! Randy, the manager is a REAL manager who actually shows his concern. He always makes sure were happy. The waitresses and waiters are friendly and make you feel important. You can tell the staff at this restaurant have developed a great working culture and value great customer service. May God continue to bless!

Two friends and I go to Perkins every other Saturday morning for breakfast. Service is great and the food is always stellar. Perkins menu has a wide variety, and the entire menu is served all day. For instance, although we arrive in the morning, I often order a dinner entree. I highly recommend the San Francisco stir fry with chicken.

You cant beat the service here. Im talking about the food and the service that goes along with the meal. The menu always have new additions and all members of management and the staff can ask you about your meal while eating. I will only go to this perkins location because I havent been disappointed yet.

Great wait staff. Breakfast was good. Prices are not too bad. On average about 10 bucks a plate. There are some cheaper and some more expensive. So ten dollars is just an average. But the food is pretty good and the servers were attentive. Enjoyed my visit. Would go again .

It was one of the best experiences Ive had out of a restaurant. It was mothers day and it was crowded, but you still got service like it was a regular day. Thank you to the staff of this Perkins abs keep up the excellent customer service.

Got great service. Manager was walking around and checking with every table if all is good, that was pretty awesome. Not places do that. Food was really good as well. Hostess was very polite as well.
