My family and I used to come here all the time, recently we havent had much time. So today I suggested we come here and I regret it. When we walked in we were greeted by a lovely waitress, she was the only positive thing about this whole experience. The food wasnt as good as I remember it but it was okay. After we finished our food, my mom looked around to find her purse but she couldnt so shes asked me if I could go to car look for it, I did and couldnt find it so she thought she mustve left it back at the hotel. My mom asked the lady running the cashier of whom I presume also runs the establishment. When my mom told her she looked as though my mom was going to just ditch and not pay her bill. To which my mom was very offended by because she never had and she never will. So my mom, quite irritated said, "Do you want just want me to leave my kids here?" and the lady turned to my five year old brother and I and said, "Do you guys want to stay here with me so your mom can get her purse." At that my mom was absolutely livid but she just went to the hotel to get her purse. While my brother and I were waiting I overheard the cashier lady talking to one of the customers. She told him to wait a few minutes and he said, "Yeah and Im not going to go to the hotel and leave my kids here either." She joked and laughed along with him. I was very angry and disgusted that two grown adults were talking about the mother of the children next to them like that. I believe that was absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. Neither my mother nor I will ever be eating there again. Their behavior was unacceptable. Edit: myself along with my whole family are sick because of their food. Dont eat here.

Worst place to work for. Rude and lots of roaches. Just a week ago the health department was in. I had customers who found bugs in their food and drinks! They will not pay for a company to come in and spray. Instead spray store stuff. Mold in the walk in as well. Worked there and was sick the entire time. Got away from there and not sick any longer. Owner likes to put you down in front of others and belittle. I will not step foot back in that place. Its dirty in the back and roaches in the ice machine. Not disgruntled, just disgusted!!! And this is why they were in the paper for bad reviews..myself and 2 other waitresses had to call on them. Pay no attention to latosha Jeffery the new waitress she was not there when I worked there. She has no clue as to why myself and others girls left there. She continues to work for them and serve the food that is roach infested.

1. Mother in law parked in handicap zone with her permit. And as we walked in the restaurant the owner asked if her handicap sticker was real. Very rude. 2.When inside the waitress was rude and slaming plates when serving us plus argued with us about our order. My wife found hair in our hot sauce. NASTY.3.After we got the bill i asked the owner to make sure the bill was rite and she smart mouthed me and said she would make sure my money was real also. I will never go back to this place. After we showed her the hair she threw it back on the table over my food. My wife was upset and it ruined her appetite

There is a saying that you have to experience everything at least one time in your life. I am 81 years old. And this was my very first disastrous meal in my entire life! It was not only bad, it was an insult. How can anybody expect you to eat such junk! Not even my pigs would eat it! I will not waste time to describe what was wrong. Because EVERYTGHING was. If you want to be good to yourself, avoid this place at any costs. I would rather go hungry to bed, before I would ever go back there. Art from BC. Canada

Just wanna say golden moon is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant ever!! I used to eat there when it was on Lincoln n 16th ave and of course when they moved to 1st ave , Ive since moved to Seattle and in the 4 years I have been here Ive yet to find anywhere that even comes close... special plate was always my favorite!!! Cant wait to come visit again..

Great food great prices. Fun family atmosphere. I have worked for Don and Sharole and have been a customer for years, both have been great experiences. I see some of our past employees have made bad reviews, try it out for yourself you wont be disappointed.

Has gone down hill major, roaches and mold all over the place. do not eat their even the health department of yakima advises not to eat their they also found roaches. you can look up the report on the yakima health dept website.

Certainly not the worst Ive had, but there are much better places nearby. Food was overcooked and completely swimming in canned sweet and sour sauce. Our waitress was excellent- the best part of the visit.

I had better chinese food at the safeway deli. My food.was cold, rice was gooey and the breaded chicken was awefull. If this was the best in Yakima then I think Ill try Mexican instead.
