My customer experience in this place was absolutely atrocious! One girl argued with me about a special mix it up special combo they had, but she made it sound like it wasnt a special and I had to order something with those toppings instead when it was a sign right on their window for this specific special! THEN, they wouldnt accept my email coupon and said to print out the email (which did NOT say to print it out). A guy said that his owners require us to print it out, even though there was NO sign staying that AND I have never needed to print a coupon at any other store! >:-/ The two associates did whatever they could to argue when I was simply trying to ask about an item and use a coupon! So obnoxious!

The employees were so nice. She spent a lot of time with us, granted it was the middle of a Friday afternoon, so they were slow. But she offered us several different flavors to taste. She gave Us suggestions, and did a very good job creating our concoctions, we had the chocolate peanut butter cup in a dipped waffle cone bowl and I cant remember the name but it was a hot brownie with French Vanilla but we asked for cheesecake ice cream instead, with whipped cream on top. They were both delicious!!!!

Standard Cold Stone Experience. It was speedy. The desserts were tasty. Not sure how to rate this. I feel that I need a 4.5, but Im going to give it a five.

Couldve been better if server were trained better. They will use same amount of toppings for every size ice cream. Maybe add little more if size is bigger.
