If I could give our visit a rating it would probably be a zero. I ordered the Mahi Mahi Tacos pan seared. I received beer battered Cod tacos. When I told the waitress about it she insisted they were the Mahi Mahi tacos. I chose to not argue and just eat the tacos because it wasnt that be of a deal. A few minutes later a member of our party (who was running late) called and asked us to order her an Olympus Salad. Her husband asked that all dressings be put on the side because their son (who is breastfeeding) has a severe soy and dairy allergy. Out comes the salad, everything on the side as asked. When she arrived she asked if the balsamic reduction had any type of soybean oil in it...the waitress ran to the back. We observe the manager pick up a bottle and begin the read the label. No soy...perfect. Then she asks about the hummus. The hostess goes into the back and begins to speak to the kitchen staff. She came out and told us they didnt know but were pretty sure it didnt have anything dairy in it. Our friend decides not to eat it just in case. The waitress comes back and says the kitchen staff just told me to let you know they are certain there is no dairy in the hummus. PERFECT!!! She adds the hummus to her salad and begins to eat. She gets about 6-8 bites in and over comes the hostess with the allergy book. Apparently there is a high allergen probability due to dairy. Lovely... How is it that no one felt the need to check to book BEFORE she started eating it? How is it that your kitchen staff does not know what is in their food? This is unacceptable as any chef or cook should know what they are serving and any allergens they may have in them. Last complaint was when we asked to speak to the manager about it. He could have cared less. He never once apologized and never once seemed the slightest bit concerned. Now we are dealing with a sick baby and a sick mama who hasnt had dairy in months to protect her child. We will NEVER go back

Worst service ever experienced! Went with some friends the night of a concert, so we knew they would be busy. Wasnt as bad as we expected. First, they were out of some apps - not that big of a deal. Secondly, we we had to reorder different a app, our server forgot about it and it died in the pass. Therefore we were served cold Calamari, to which a manager camps all 3 apps. Next, when they served our meals to which we all ordered fries, none of us received any. Server blamed the kitchen staff again for not be prepared. Then when I made a comment about none of us getting our fries, after we had already finished our meals, the server realizes that we, nor the people behind us were still without fries. Finally, we had another manager come over and apologize and said he was going to give us "heavy" discounts....which turned out to be comping the cheapest meal on the tab. The bill for my wife and I after the free app and my free meal was over $47 still. I gave the waitress $40 and told her to tell her manager he can comp the rest. Needless to say, the waitress who was constantly bashing everyone else, and said the service has been like this for the 4 years she has been there did not get a tip from me, and we will not be going back. We drove past 2 other RAMS to go to this on because of being on the waterfront, but it was not worth the 90 minutes of piss-poor service.

3rd bad experience here. Wasnt that busy there as it was after lunch hour. Figured it was about time I did a review. Arrived at 1:45pm for lunch, order wasnt taken until 2:20pm. We had to leave by 3pm. After waiting until 2:40 my friend decided she wanted hers to-go. I ordered nachos and decided I didnt want mine due to the fact that to-go nachos do not taste good. So I asked if I could have them taken off the order. I was more than willing to pay for my daughters food and pay for my tea but just didnt think it was fair to have us waiting that long to where we didnt have any time to eat. The waitress rolled her eyes a me when I said I didnt want the nachos anymore and said she was going to get the manager. He walked up to me and asked if he could help me. I explained to him the situation. Anyways long story short, he was very kind and actually took care of both of our bills and was very polite and apologetic about the situation stating he was short staffed. He even took the time to get our food, bag it and bring it to us, even though I declined it. I really appreciate him going the extra mile. Honestly though I dont think I will be returning, the waitresses and the hostess were rather snotty and as I work in customer service I particularly pay extra attention to how I am being treated and spoken too.

Went to Ram tonight expecting to get the hummus plate. Its great and huge and vegan. But when it came out the hummus looked like pea soup. Yuck! So they took it back and concluded that the house made hummus wasnt prepared properly and took it off the menu for the night. Since that seemingly the only vegan item on the menu besides salad I was out of luck. The manager was really nice and accommodating but there wasnt much to be done. Then it was Jessica to the rescue. She is an employee and was working a different section. She heard of my plight, rushed over, and told me about two great vegan options that she has the kitchen make her all the time. I ended up with some great black bean spinach sauerkraut avocado tacos. These should be on the menu!!! So what could have been another disappointing night out for a vegan turned into one of the better vegan dishes Ive had from a regular restaurant. Ill definitely head back soon.

The Ram is kind of a hard restaurant to review. Its so hit or miss, honestly. This particular location on the water deserves 2 stars just for the location and aesthetic quality alone. It sits on the water, and while it could do a little better job of maximizing the view. The food is really good. Not great. Not okay. Just somewhere in between. Definitely not as good as the kitchen staff at the Ram in Issaquah. Given the prices, I would expect a bit more from the service, as well. The service is pretty standard of most chain restaurants (think on par with an Applebees or Olive Garden). Some of the servers are great. Some of them obviously dont really enjoy what they do and it comes across to the customer. Theres some warmth and friendliness that is lacking from much of the staff. Ultimately, the restaurant is alright. Ill go back and I will be satisfied and happy with my choice. But I wont be amazed or blown away.

If I could give it less that 1 I would. The summer past my husband and I went to this ram for lunch with our daughter, we have never had a problem with them before. I ordered a chicken sandwhich. About 1/4 in it I bit into something hard that should not have been there. Its was a sliver of something but big enough my mouth HURT. I put it in the plate and showed the waitress who bless her because her service was great and that the only reason this gets 1 star. She told me that it was in fact a RIB BONE. and that one of the cooks must have not cleaned the grill well enough and that is how it ended up in my chicken. She talked to her manager and he told her to give me 50% of only my meal. I shouldnt have had to pay for ANY OF my meal because I was to afraid to eat the remaining 3/4 of it. As well as my teeth hurting. Days later my teeth STILL hurt so I went to dentist only to find that I now have a cracked tooth.
