I recently ordered some cookies for an event. I placed the order two weeks in advance and ordered a specific amount of vegan/gluten free cookies. I paid in advance. When I came to pick up the cookies, they were 16 cookies short of my order. Luckily, they had 11 in the display case and were able to package them up for me right then. I was still five short. I spoke on the phone with the owner and she assured me she could have five more vegan cookies made up the same way for the event the next day. I explained I needed them to be made by 11 and if they werent able to have them made, please let me know. My designated cookie picker upper arrived the next day at 10:30 (bit early) and said she would be back for them. They made them right then and because they were still wet, they werent packaged. When the cookies finally arrived, I noticed they were different looking than the others and realized they might not be vegan :( I tried confirming this with the bakery and they never responded. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldnt got to Sugar Studios. Even though they figured out my order, I had to make special arrangements to get the cookies in time AND they never confirmed they were the right kind...which could have potentially made a lot of kids very sick had I not withheld the cookies until hearing back. Im disappointed that I paid high prices for these special cookies and heard reviews from event goers that the cookies tasted uncooked. Frustrated and disappointed. ** the owner messaged me and asked me to remove my review from facebook. She also told me I should have gone to the CDC or health department if I was so concerned about the cookies.

Do not order cookies from this place. We have ordered cookies a few times from here but the quality doesnt match what is presented in store. The cookies we ordered were broken and had the frosting smeared all over the packaging. When we discussed the issues with the owner she was indifferent and did nothing to remedy the issue. We thought that maybe it was just an isolated occurrence so we placed another order a few months later. Same problems with the cookies and customer service. The cookies are actually over priced but we couldnt find another cookie maker who would do custom orders at the time. We have since found another maker who is just as good and has terrific customer service. Even in this day of poor customer service from many buisnesses, I was a little shocked at how indifferent they were about the issues. We never asked for a refund and just wanted good cookies but they were unwilling to make good on the promises. Our friends also had the same problems with one of them not getting anything resembling their order. If you really want a good experience stay away.

This was my first time in and I was floored with how fantastic the food was and how amazing the service was! Both my server and the owner were so friendly and helpful. It is evident that everything is made from scratch, I had the egg, ham and cheese crepe and it was to die for! I would highly recommend to anyone! They have such an extensive menu, I cant wait to come back and try more!

I bought a gift certificate at an actuion for charity, and went in to pick up some cookies for Valentines Day but they wouldnt let me use it. She said I could only use it for special orders, which the gift certificate says nothing about. Probably wont even return to use it due to bad customer service. Dont take your chances with this place.

Always so pleased with the Crepes here! Staff is super friendly and the Crepes are to die for! Im guilty of having gone here more then three time over the past couple weeks. Took my bosses here and they loved how cozy and small this place really is. If youre looking for a good hole in the wall restaurant, youve found it.

The Buckwheat crepes are the bomb!!! Try the classic crepe vs the Buckewheat crepe...let us know which you like best! My whole family, including the Littles, love the Buckwheat! Dessert for days! The staff is helpful in making selections and you can watch them make your food

Cute little place in old silverdale! While tje food is limited and prices were a surprise. Its more about ambiance! We sat for 2 hours ang gabbed. The staff was nice and the kids played in the open green space.

I had never had crepes before, my husband and I have tried 6 in only 2 visits as they make minis and have different deals. Like today, buy one large savory, get a sweet mini free. Fantastic.
