This review is for the service that was provided by this establishment. An experience to sample their food and drink was denied to us by the bartender of the establishment. The bartender, reasonably so, requested validation of our age by verifying our government/state identification. However, this bartender, vehemently stated that the ID of one of our party was fake. After waiting for a police officer to validate the ID, the bartender was dismissive, defensive and rude regarding the situation. Additionally, she had the gall to double check our IDs, for a party of 8+, for a second time. An establishment is only as good as the employees that represent it, and unfortunately this is a very poor establishment. I rarely award one star reviews, so I would highly suggest taking ones business elsewhere, where customer service is actually practiced.

Walked in wanting food and beer. 630 on a Friday. Grill was off and bartender gave me a beer and then walked out to smoke with a customer. Go to Terrys Tavern a half mile away. Terrible service and atmosphere. I like dive bars but this is baaaaaad. Gotta at least have a grill and a bar tender who doesnt abandon ship. Other customers had dry pitchers.

The bartender wown where to start. He was ver rude and it seemed like we were bothering him when we ask for service. He was not a nice personn nor a great bartender hope they have another one on staff. If so Id like to know when he is there so I can try again.

Possibly one of the best hidden gems in Tacoma. Darrell is easily the coolest bar tender on the planet and the eclectic crowds always make the experience that much better. Great mix of pool, dancing and drinks. Just a fun place to go.

A chick bartender totally rolled her eyes at a simple request and was very short. 7 dollars for a tiny cocktail.... and btw, we were the only people in the bar. No exaggeration

Johnny blue and Darrell are great, but ownership has ran it into the ground. Miss, Shirley and steaknight. It was always busy. Darrell worked days. Wasnt hit and miss like now.
