Slowest drive through I have ever been to. They dont start to make your order until you get to the window to pick it up, and then you just sit there and watch them make your iced latte and take out the cold sandwich to put in the toaster oven. Not sure whats the point of their microphone is when they dont use it. I have given them a try on few occasions and its the same thing every time!

Been to Starbucks from Brandenburg gate to Beijing and this one takes the cake for slowest and most likely to screw up your order. Every time Im here Im either in line for half an hour when any other Starbucks would have me out in 10 with the same amount. Last time I was here got my grandma tea and then realized on the way back it wasnt tea but I had been given a mocha...
