I ordered an egg cheese bagel sandwich and they got it wrong and I asked if they could remake it. 15 minutes later a different server comes back with another bagel that is still the SAME wrong order. When I tell the server this is the second order they got wrong she gives me an attitude and says she will just put the right ingredients on this one instead of remaking it. She then loudly told the other customers that they are low on bagel ingredients now so hopefully they want something else which caused all the other customers to stare at me. They also had gotten my boyfriends order wrong and when he asked for different cream cheese they take over 5 minutes to put extra cream cheese on the same bagel so by the time it gets back to him it is cold and a little soggy. This is not the first time they messed up my order. The last time I was there they messed the same order in exactly the same way! I came back to give the coffee shop another chance but I am never going back again. Not to mention the coffee shop is always dusty and their couch has the lingering smell of animal piss.

I think this place is awesome. Coffee is on point, food is too. I would have given this place a full five stars if it was clean. The side with the view to the river, all the windows were dirty with tons of dead flies on the surface, cobwebs, spiders. The tables were dirty. They need to clean and polish this place up. Then it would be a pretty phenomenal place. Open up on some evenings and have live music!
