I live two minutes down the road from this place so there is no excuse for this. My wife goes there with my daughter to order her food for all three of us. Our orders are simple, a flamethrower combo with a lemon lime cool rush, a four piece chicken strip basket with a soda, a grilled cheese sandwitch with an apple sauce and a small cool rush, and a blizzard. They gave her the grilled cheese with apple sauce and the drinks and tells her to pull forward and park to get the rest of her order. When they finally came out all they gave her was the flamethrower burger. She mentioned the chicken basket so they went back inside. When she checked the burger there were no fries with it. When they came back out with chicken basket she mentioned the fries so they went back inside. They finally came out and my wife left knowing she had the whole order. Again we only live two minutes away. By the time she got home and we all started eating all our food was cold and all the drinks were soup. Then we realised they never gave us a receipt. When I called to speak with the general manager about this I found out she only works week days till five in the afternoon. There reasoning for this catastrophic screw up of an order? They got there massive yet regular saturday night rush and a bunch of trainees were working tonight. ?! Tell me what kind of GM schedules a bunch of trainees to work during a regulary massive rush and doesnt schedule herself to oversee there work and make sure this doesnt happen? Do not even bother with this store. If you really want DQ that bad its worth paying the extra gas to go to the kent location cus there service at the maple valley location is the worst of any fast food establishment I have ever witnessed. I have always thought highly of the quality of DQ but this has seriously curved my opinion to prefer MCDONALDS to these people. At least then im not paying 24 bucks to be disrepected so thoroughly.

Have been going here periodically for years. Never had issues until recently. Staff of teens used to be friendly and prompt. Watched staff member mock me while talking to 2 other staff members while they remade their error with so much chocolate that I knew immediately would need to be trashed. I tried to be polite about the error but the boy was clearly stressed and not handling a busy Friday night well. It was a mortifying experience. Called back to notify a manager who was equally as rude and sounded to be the same age as the boy in the window. Owners should really step in to run their business. We wont be returning.

Everything we ordered was melted. They shut the window in our face when we told them about it and they hovered together to point at us give us dirty looks and make us feel uncomfortable. I guess the fact that they were all teenagers doesnt help. Then they proceeded to say "thats just the way it is". We tried opening the lid on one of our items but it was so melted it just made a mess so we threw everything out. Horrible experience! Never going back.

They were awful. I went two different times and the same girl was working up front. She had horrible customer service. She made my order wrong, she told me she made it wrong and then honestly told me oh well and handed it to me. Then the second time I went. There was a line out the door and she stood there talking to her friend for a good 5 minutes before she started take our order. SAME GIRL!

When they ask you, "what can I do for you today?" I say, "Id like the #7, please." Then they always reply with, "the combo or just the sandwich?" Come on! The combo! Thats why I said the combo number! Really ticky tack complaint, I know. Other than that everything else is fine. I come here often, and will continue to.

Very Under par today. I paid 10 dollars for a chicken strip basket.. seems like i got re fried chicken and my fies, buttered bread, and gravy were stale and seemed to be microwaved rather than conventional heat...like they had one sitting around they needed to get rid of rather than a good fresh one...ill try again... later.

They overcharged my debit card then wouldnt give me a copy of them voiding the transaction. The blizzard mix-ins only make it into the top half. The fries were cold. Not all in one visit, but each visit had something and no recovery by the staff. Sad because I love DQ food usually.

Always cooked home style burgers and fries. Blizzard shakes are just like how I remember them as a kid. Prices are fair and cheap and the staff is very quick with orders.

Blizzards are great. They dont flip them upside-down like others in the chain. But meh. The chicken mozzarella sandwich is amazing.
