We went there and bought lunch for 8 people and 2 of us ordered the General Taos and it was not good at all. There was barely any chicken in it and was all just little tough pieces of the batter. It was completely unacceptable. So we went back to see if we could get a refund on just those 2 meals and was extremely nice about it and said weve never tried it before and usually get the regular chicken teriyaki and we love that but the General Taos was very poorly made. It was like eating all the leftover small crunchy pieces of the crust with no chicken inside. But she was very rude and said that its not her problem and would not refund us. So we will never go back there. We would have even exchanged it for chicken teriyaki if thats all she would do but she wouldnt do anything. She said if you dont like it then thats not her problem. And again, we did not have an attitude at all about it. We were being polite and understandable. horrible customer service. I do not recommend unless you are positive you will like what you are ordering.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came in while travelling with a total of 6 people, we would have ordered a lot of food. Only one person in the restaurant. I asked nicely if the Yakisoba sauce had chicken stock or oyster sauce in it since I cant eat either of those things and the lady straight up said "I cant do this, Im too busy" and she walked off and started doing a to go order and left us all standing there waiting. A girl rang their bell and she came over and put it in the drawer rather than addressing us so we left because clearly she was too busy. DONT GO.

This place wasnt terrible, nothing looked dirty or anything like that. I was the only one there and had to wait several minutes before even being noticed. It took them FOREVER just to do two orders of teriyaki...then they tried to not give me my salads too! If you can swing it, try Wok Teriyaki in Poulsbo, or even better, for the same price you can get the lunch special at Ichizen in Poulsbo for a super delux authentic japanese style meal with chicken teriyaki, cali roll, salad, miso soup and tempura veggies!

As a pregnant woman, when a craving hits it must be fulfilled. Today my craving was for Mongolian beef, unfortunately Joy Luck is closed on Mondays. So, I ventured over here. I could not believe how expensive it was! $15.75 for 1 order! No options for salad or veggies instead of rice. The food was ok. To top it off the service was horrible. I will never go here again. Joy Luck has better prices and better food.

I bought lunch here today and they over charged me for a tiny, and cheap portion of rice. When I asked about the cost for the small amount of food, the girl acted like she didnt speak English, then she added a surcharge for me using a card, without telling me! Horrible food, horrible service, and terrible experience. DO NOT EAT HERE.

My family has been going here for years. We call in the order and they know us by name. Its a great place, Service is good and the food is delish. The place is small and most people take out, but there is room to dine in. If not out front, ring the bell and they always come out right away. never had to wait long. Love this place!

Low quality, overpriced and had a upset stomach. My advice to Management would be use only fresh ingredients and bring down the cost. Being the only teriyaki option in town means you could really stand out if some adjustments were made.

Bleh and pricey Ordered yakisoba veggie with extra cabbage. Would have helped if they mentioned they dont use cabbage. Noddles were hard and something funny, maybe the garlic $12 and change ( with a soda).
