My issue has never been with customer service. Even though when I did go there I would tip well over 50%, sometimes 100%, and never ONCE got anything back form those girls... Anyway the issue that is causing me to NEVER go here again are their new updated pricing. I usually get a couple of shots of espresso. The cost for one shot was maybe 60-75 cents or something.. now its $2.58!!!!!!!! To have it DOUBLE IN PRICE is too much! Thats over a 100% increase lol. $2.58 for ONE SHOT isnt even market rate hahahha. Get a better consultant Bigfoot lol you lost a customer for life!!!

I come through all the time to the point that they tell ME my order when I pull up. Lol All the staff seem very friendly and consistent with their coffee mixes. They have dog treats and love your puppies so thats always a plus. Usually fast service but man can this place get busy. I recommend the legendary latte iced.

Great coffee, fair price and quick service. Combine all of these, then add in round the clock hours and the fact you dont have to get out of your car, and youve got BigFoot Java. Its a bit out of my way in terms of daily commute, but so far, its the best Ive found in the area.

Its 830 am and im trying to get to work but the barista, kaitlyn is sitting here flirting with a customer. I had to back up and go to the other side and the other barista veroncia took care of me. At least there was 1 good barista working. Now im late for work. Thanks kaitlyn

Great coffee rich smooth full bodied flavor not bitter or burnt tasting like a lot of the places around town, one of the best in Issaquah and if youre in a hurry or dont want to get out of the car theres none better.

The coffee I was served was barely warm and not very fresh at all. Didnt have the time or patience to return and have it replaced. Wont be back.
