Dropped by on a Saturday to check out this new pizza restaurant. We chose a piece of chicken basil pizza that was already made and when my guy wanted plain cheese pizza, the chef whipped it up fresh and fast. Having the wood fired oven means you are getting great ingredients, perfectly hot, fast. And the chicken basil slice was placed back in the oven for a kiss of heat before coming out so all slices were delicious and hot. We thought the slices were pricy when we paid, but they are all generously sized, so we actually ordered too much food! Next, they had a wine selection that was not too shabby and priced nicely. But the only thing that might drag me away from a nice glass of wine was Mac n Jacs on tap. Loved it. I like the tables and chairs and how they were set up. Very sturdy, very level and handsome; you could sit back and enjoy a little football while waiting. Often a small place like this has rickety chairs and tables, but here you could settle in. The chef was friendly. While we were there a few mothers with children were enjoying a slice and seemed to know the chef. Very comfortable. I have to admit - While I liked this pizza a lot - I love that it is close to where I work :)

The Best Pizza in the NW. Handmade and fresh to the exacting rules of Neapolitan pizza. Every small detail makes a huge difference. The fresh authentic ingredients, the 800F apple wood fired oven, true marble counter with hand thrown crust...fresh hand selected beer, Currently they serve authentic Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier from Freising, Germany, fresh on tap! One of the highest rated beers in the world. They often have fresh brewed Rootbeer, not like anything from the store! I lived in Europe for several years and this fresh pizza and beer is the most authentic I have had in the US, the first bite and drink takes me back. With the simple atmosphere of the custom made wood slab tables, the ocean breeze with the perfect background music, its a mini vacation every time we go to your restaurant. the effect of the good time lasts for hours. Your pizzaiolos are top notch and make a great team. we make the 45 min trip to your establishment every chance we can. You are a great service and positive influence to our community.

Best. Pizza. Ever. I love this place. Its a mom and pop place, literally. One of the owners is always working and always the same chef, who is fantastic! I bring all of my FL visitors here and I make my local friends come here too. Evviva has received rave reviews from them all. This place has ruined my mom for pizza and myself as well. All their flavors are good. They are known for the potato/pancetta pizza, which is surprisingly amazing! The seasonal fig/prosciutto is my favorite, this coming from a "pineapple does NOT belong on pizza" person. The blueberry/goat cheese is different, but good! Also, cant go wrong with the classic cheese or for meat lovers the carne trio. Best pizza place ever!

I have already written a review on YELP, but my boyfriend and I feel the need to write another, since we just ordered a different style of pizza than we are used to. Incredible as always! We dont usually like to eat pizza without red sauce- (We love a simple Margherita)- But we felt like going nuts tonight and ordering the Potato (or Pancetta) pizza. Absolutely divine! We devoured the entire small size together and were satisfied. We only go here or Chaco Canyon in the U-District when we eat out, since their pizza is organic and the quality of their toppings is beyond what youd ever expect :) I wish the owners much success as they really do care for their community!

Luan greets you warmly and ask how to serve your needs with highest quality pizza dough topped with a variety fresh chesse, meat and other gourmet ingredients. The pizzas are a revelation of delicious and healthy food. My favorite Cesare salad is as good any you can find in a fine Italian restaurant anywhere in the country. Organic and natural ingredients cooked in the wood fire oven create the best pizza in the Northwest as voted by my two sons and I. There are other good pizzas in Edmonds like Pagliacci, but Evviva is a craft pizza baked with the best ingredients in a wood fire oven to perfection, Try Evviva Pizza and you will be back again and agan and agan....

Really wanted to like EVVIVA Pizza, especially because I search for good Antica-style pizza in the Seattle area. The rave reviews encouraged me EVVIVA offers precisely that. (Good to great Antica-style pizza.) Unfortunately, while I applaud the owners noble pursuit to source the best food items for the ultimate pizza, in the end his conception exceeds its execution. The pizzas (I tried) lack pungency - lack flavor altogether; rather surprising considering the effort put into their creation. Merits 3 stars (average) but prices are out of whack with quality, which makes for scant value; thus, 2 stars.

Have logged plenty a pie from this strip mall by the sound. Some of the greatest foods Ive ever enjoyed have come from small family operated restaurants offering the comfort foods native to their beginnings. This is certainly one of those places that truly brings the old world way of doings things into today. A pizza from this place tastes the same as it would have 150 years ago made with ingredients whos makers still make their products today as they were made generations ago. Its our go to place.

My wife and I have eaten pizza in Florence, Rome, Vico del Gargano (Pulgia), Sicily, Milan, Venice, Merano, Cosenza, and Naples. The pizza at Evviva compares with the best in Italy (Naples, Rome) and, perhaps surprisingly, is actually superior to many of the pizzas weve eaten outside of Naples and Rome. The wood burning oven at Evviva combined with the highest quality ingredients and artful preparation are the key to a true Italian pizza experience in the Great Pacific Northwest.

A foodies pizza joint in Edmonds! Castelvetrano olives, prosciutto, fior de latte mozzarella, organic veggies, carmalized onions, chantrelles, pancetta, etc. The ingredients are all superb, delicately wood fired, thin crust. Dont let the outside appearance deter you, step inside and give it a try. The pies are imaginative and delicious. They also serve beer and wine, featuring my favorite local Edmonds brew from Gallagers, the Broken Stones IPA!

First time visit based on positive reviews. My large pizza, funghi and artichoke split came to $35, including a beer, $5, while I waited. There werent many mushrooms but the pizza smokey wood fired dough made it worthwhile. Its pretty much a one man owner operation with a helper/cashier, so service can get a little thin with significant wait time. Im back to Pagliacci for the difference in price and service. It will interesting to compare.

Nine of us sat at a nice long table, drank good beer and wine, split 4 awesome pizzas, and even had some wonderful gelatto for dessert. Restaurant was nice and quiet, made it easy to talk around the table. Food was great, and the Blueberry Goat Cheese pizza was a hit. The staff was all smiles, as were all the diners. What a great little pizza place, we will definitely return soon, so many more interesting pizzas to try!

Always fresh, tasty, organic fare. Its one of the few organic pizza places around Seattle. The ingredients are all carefully sourced. I love the Eva pizza with Castelvetrano olives (hard-to-find large mild green olives that Italians prefer by a 3-1 margin). Great atmosphere with a beautiful gnarled wood planked table for sharing, plus a few individual tables. Friendly owner and customers. Save room for gelato.
