Customer service has gone downhill lately and that makes me really sad because Ive loved going to the apply cup since I was a kid. The latest experience was when I ordered two hot chocolates to go and the gal over filled the cups and didnt change them out for different ones when chocolate was running down the sides. She put them in a drink carrier and I took them home with the food because it was late and my 6 year old was tired and hungry. I get home and the gal jammed the cups so hard into carrier that it split down the side and leaked hot chocolate all over my car seat. No one ever says thank you when I call in for to-go orders and most of the time Im hurried off the phone, one time recently we were sat in the back of the restaurant with one other table, who came in after us, and we were completely ignored by the waitress! The other table finally said something for us when the waitress came back to take their food orders and she ran back by and said someone else would be with us. Really? We were the only other table! And I had a hungry 6 year old with me. This isnt the first time this has happened either. I dont know if its because we come at night around 7 PM and the early dinner rush is over so they just dont care anymore but it makes me sad that the place Ive loved to go to since I was little is so lax in their customer service now. The food is still like I remember from a kid but the customer service is NOT! :(

I was driving through Chelan and stopped at this place for lunch. My girlfriend and I ordered two cheeseburgers with fries and 2 milkshakes. The milkshakes were very good however it ended there. As we sat there and sipped our shakes we watched our burgers sit under the heat lamp for 10 minutes and the manager was eating the fries off of our plates. By the time the waitress brought our burgers they were ice cold and overcooked and tasted like chemicals. I was suprised to any good reviews about this place because it looked like the regular way they do business, very sloppy, unclean and unprofessional. The good reviews must be from employees.

My first visit to the Apple Cup Cafe... Perfect! I was excited to learn how much effort they put into breakfast. If I lived here, I would visit them every week. Eggs were done right the first time, perfect hash browns, chicken-fried steak, pancakes, all good! I couldnt eat it all, but it was sooo good. My server was so on the ball, made great recommendations all the way! Very nice staff, clean and busy... Just they way it should be. All I had was breakfast, and it was one of my best experiences ever. Make a point to try it out if you havent already. They get a star on my Google maps page.

My only regret about the Apple Cup Cafe is that its not down the street from our home! The food was incredible- I had the steak medallions (which they happily substituted mushrooms for the onions), one daughter had fetticune Alfredo, another had the chocolate chip pancakes, and my husband had the chicken fried steak. We all stuffed ourselves silly, and still had to have dessert. It was the best strawberry shortcake Ive ever eaten- the biscuit was still warm! Joyce (our waitress) was friendly, personable, and gave the best service weve had yet in Chelan. We are coming back every chance we get!

best hangover breakfast ever. or even non-hungover breakfast- basically its the best in town & surrounding 100+ mile radius- hands down. DONT forget to grab a bloody mary... or 3... (doubles for $1 more- YES please! just get a D.D.!)- they are phenomenal. the omelets are lifesaving - they have brought the life back into me after cocktails the night before. u know its good when the locals eat here, not to mention excellent service & short wait time. i ❤️ apple

I had the chef salad and only needed the half, which is great that they offer that option. The food was great and came to the table all at once. They have different types of lights hanging over each table, makes it fun. The reason I did not rate five stars was sure to the speed of service. We waited longer then I would expect for the order to be taken and at least a half hour for food after the order was placed. The food is well worth the wait.

I was watching the Seahawk / Panther game and I asked for a Mimosa is one of the promotional Seahawk glasses and the waitress said ok. The drink was aweful mostly OJ and it tasted like there was bloody Mary mix in it before they made my drink. I didnt complain because I was getting the glass but come to find out that I didnt get to keep the glass. Very disappointing and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Great spot! Friendly service and a relatively short wait time for the amount of people here. It defiantly is a local place with a lot of regulars but is very open to people coming through. Pricing is fair but not extremely cheap. Expect to pay around 12-14 dollars per person (with tip) for a big breakfast.

Not sure how this place ever got above 3 stars. 1. They brought out my skillet uncooked. The cheese on top and the eggs were cold. 2. They put sausage in my vegetarian sisters skillet ( which didnt even come with sausage in the first place) 3. The veggies in everyones food were raw. Wont be going back.

After waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledge, the people that walked through the door were seated right away. When I asked if they had a reservation, they said they had just stopped of along the road. As a result, we walked out and spent our time enjoying a nice meal at a small cafe nearby.

Best food and service Ive ever had. Food was amazing, cooked very very well, and in such a shirt time, was served to us. The waiting staff was awesome, polite, and even bought our son a hot cocoa:). Great people, great food, and a great place to store and enjoy your meal.

This place is just OK. We went for Dinner. Service was not that good. Took long time to get items and never asked if we wanted desert. My wife steak standwich was dry and did not taste like fresh meat. I would not recommend it to anyone traveling into town/not local

I waited 30 minutes for the tuscun chicken, had I not been Hungary and another 30.minutes I would have sent it back for hot food, Luke warm at best, maybe the dinner rush had the employees frazzled, I dont know, Ill order pizza to my.room next time...

Pleasantly surprised after a long day of travel. Ordered the Pork Rib Eye (AKA grilled Tomahawk Chop) Huge portion with mash, gravy & green beans with bacon.... oh..and soup to start ...great friendly service...brought me back to my happy place.

Arrived at 10 am said 15 minute wait for nine people after one and a half hours got undercooked hashbrowns and cold Bob sandwich which I did not eat, kids were starving so ate their lukewarm pancakes, will not be stopping there again!
