I have never had a worse experience. This establishment has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. My party of 11 walked up to the (condescending) waiter at the front of the house and asked if we could sit at one of the open tables. He cut us off, rudely saying "we dont take parties above 9 people and we definitely dont do bachelorette parties after a bad experience. Find somewhere else." He disdainfully patted one of us on the shoulder, before turned and walking away...leaving us speechless. A customer already sitting in the patio saw this all happen and commented on the waiters disrespect, as well. Dont waste your money, dont waste your time...and find an establishment more worthy of your hard-earned money and time.

Terrible experience. Mediocre food to say the least. Terrible service. Appetizer plate stayed on the table for the entire meal. Chicken Caeser salad had massive amounts of fat did not look or taste appealing. Ahi tuna tower was extremely over priced. Ginger needs to be on the side. Parpedelle noodle dish was all lemon... Basic dish with the only flavor being lemon. Took an hour to get our entrees. When asked by our waitress how the food was tasting, we all replied with "alright" she didnt care at all and walked away. Waitress messed up on our bill as well..... Terrible experience, not very good food at all. Never coming back

First, they have incredible food! If you are in Chelan, but want upscale food at a down price in a comfortable, cozy, warm, friendly place then this is IT!!! THE PRICES ARE GREAT, THE FOOD IS AMAZING. THE STAFF IS FUN, PROFESSIONAL AND ON IT!! TO top it off. I have food allergies, no Gluten no milk products. Usually, I have to order a salad while every one else ears amazing food. Here, they will make recommendations to work with dietary needs that will still please the palate! You have got to try the Fox and Quail, Chelan, Wa

If you love experiencing creative combinations of flavors, with a personal touch, you will love this quaint finding in Chelan. The owners have taken this "off the main street": location and developed themselves as a destination magnet, For the patron looking for a unique food experience, this place will not disappoint. Their full bar and drink menu is the best in town. The owners have really "nailed it" with this combination of food and beverage selection. It is a must visit.

Wonderful food, the server was fantastic. She gave me a recommendation thday led to the best sandwich I had in years. I did not give 4 stars because the price really suprised me. There were 3 adults and my 4 year old there to have lunch at 12:30. We ordered one sandwich two salads and a kids grilled cheese. Two beers an Ice tea and a childrens lemonade. Our bill was $96.00. So it is out of most peoples price range, especially for lunch.

A slice of "Im at home with friends having a great time." Best part, you dont have to do the clean up! Prices are very fair for the portions combined with the intimate service you receive from the staff. Not going to lie, it can get busy here. Dont worry about that though. You will end up meeting someone new and make new friends! During the summer there is outside seating. Tasty drink selection too!

What a fun menu and decor! So many unique twists to explore. Met a few people here for a business lunch today. Being artist-types from varied media disciplines, it was a place wed likel all approve of and enjoy. Id been here several times before. :)

Had the Porchetta sandwich and it was very tasty. Came to visit Chelan from Seattle and this restaurant is up there with some of the best sandwich shops on the westside. Give it a try!!
