Definitely deserving of the overall 2 star review on Yelp, but I understand this is Google reviews. However, this is my review. 9+ people behind the counter and still a backup? 3 out the 4 drinks ordered were incorrect and when brought back there was no acknowledgement of it and rudeness. I ordered a tall Chile mocha and was given a Chile mocha half filled? One Vanilla bean frappuccino with caramel drizzle, without the drizzle. One grande Pike that took more than 10 minutes to be poured. The final straw was when we asked for non fat milk for our Dopio and not only did the girl overfill my cup but then went on to pour milk all over my hand without any remorse or apology. Rudeness beyond belief. All this and it took 25 min for four drinks? Good luck when going to this location. Definitely expected higher quality of service from Starbucks.

Coffee is good, but the environment is disgusting. First thing I noticed when I walked in was a bunch of employees who were unsure of what they were suppose to be doing, second I noticed the unbelievable amount of trash on the floors, straws, wrappers, and miscellaneous garbage. Finally, after receiving my iced Americans, which was surprisingly delicious, i had to navigate my arm around the over flowing garbage in order to get to the cream. If they can clean up I would give four or five stars, you can do it Starbucks.

Slowest crew on the planet. For reals. We went there 3 times, 3days in a row. Every single time had to wait more then 20min for coffee, there is no way people should wait 20 min at starbucks. 3rd time i told them they are 4 slowest people on planet , they rwsponded they are shorthanded today. Wtf? Go to any Seattle area sturbucks and get training from them. 2-3 people are like lazers. Never wait even 5 minites no matter how busy it is

It was SUPER busy with a backlog of about 7 people waiting for those silly, complicated drinks that involve blending ice etc (the person in front of me had ordered 6 of those...). There is also a drive-thru and those people seem to have priority over those waiting inside. The staff were friendly enough and it was a clean establishment. Starbucks is Starbucks everywhere.

Firendly and makes good drinks but they did forget about me, waited 20 minutes and finally was able to say something after about ten people came in after me irdered and got their drinks, very busy place but hecause i had to wait was given a gift card for $4 off my next drink altbough i think the one i got shouldve been free after waiting fhat long with a 3yr old

Just ok. Coffee used to always be burned but is better these days, really cramped, weird atmosphere, awkward parking. Food is super good though, per normal Starbucks quality. They really need more wireless network infrastructure. With the heavy tourism here and how busy it gets, their WiFi can quickly become so slow its totally unusable.

Although I rarely have coffee (Im one of those reverse people that caffeine causes drowsiness for), there are times I just want a cup of oatmeal or sandwich before working early, and Starbucks Coffee houses, like this beautiful one in Chelan, are fabulously dependable at hours not much else is available! Thank you. :)

We love to stop in and grab some brew when we are in the area of driving through. This Starbucks always has top notch staff and is usually busy at all times of the day, which says a lot. Great outdoor seating and atmosphere if you are looking to sit down for a chat or some rest.

If you had too much to drink at the lake and if you need some caffeine before the long hung over drive back to Seattle, this place has you covered. Its a standard Starbucks. The drive through line can get crazy long so pop in for much faster service!

As the only Starbucks in a resort town, this place has a line out the door almost every morning. Fortunately, the staff is pretty quick on their feet and the service is fast and accurate for how many people theyre constantly serving.

Make sure you have time if you come in the morning or lunch time. Its pretty busy right now during the summer. But the staff works fast to get you your drink and are always very friendly.
