Great location, easy parking, and nice quiet atmosphere inside the restaurant with calm music. Friendly staff, sometimes you have to wave them down. Food is really good, lots of dishes following Taiwan culture and traditions. Braised beef noodle soup is a good go to, Chitterlings Vermicelli if youve never tried but open to interesting textures/consistency. The Sizzling plates are amazing, Ive tried a few but the past 5+ times Ive came here Ive ordered the Black Pepper Sizzling Chicken and it never disappoints... Desserts for at the time or for later- the red bean cakes, you can also just have custard or with tapioca or mochi...etc.

Speechless experience. I took my kids to have lunch. First, the waiters are useless. Nobody come to check for your needs. After ten minutes, we finally managed to grab someone to take our order. Then we were left alone, nobody refilled water... after 40 minutes, I run out of patience and checked for our orders and I was told THEY DIDNT TAKE OUR ORDER! Are you kidding me! The waiter wrote down the order on a paper and then disappear! Speechless! BTW, I was there once before, food is so so, three star is at most. And thats it. Its in my blacklist. If you dont mind waiting for 45 minutes for your food, good luck!

Hard to describe my feelings about Baskets. On one hand, they havent done anything really wrong. On the other, they have done anything to really impress. So why the four stars? My wife adores the sizzling pepper plate options and I really like the desserts. If you stick to either of those two youll be fine. The other dishes, however, are nothing special. Misc: - Sorry, no dessert photo because I eat them too fast. - If the muzzak sounds familiar its probably because you sang or heard a version of it in Church. Seriously, its in the name.

The food was tasty but a bit heavy on the MSG. Good variety of offerings. Portions on the small side. Despite the decent food, I dont recommend this place because it is full of screaming children. Last time I went, every table except ours had a crying infant. Parents and staff did nothing; they let the kids wail on and on in the middle of the dining room. It is so loud in there that conversation is impossible.

The food was disappointing. However the pastries were delicious. I really enjoyed the pastries, as well as the service. The server we had is very nice , and seemed to make sure we got the best deal we could on there by so many of their pastries and get some free deal that they had going on. I would not recommend this place for lunch or dinner but I would definitely recommend the pastries.

We always like the Silver Cloud Inns. This hotel is clean and the staff is great. I love the beds, and the availability of in room rental movies. The bathtubs need to have the bottoms bleached, and if you are going to offer powdered eggs at continental breakfast, just skip the offering all together.

The food was ok but the service was awful. 20 minutes before a waiter spoke to us, getting drinks refilled was challenging. No one checked on us without prompting. then it took nearly 45 minutes to get the check because it waiter was sitting in a booth drinking a milkshake.

Good place for asian food, their sizzling plate are all pretty good. Service is a bit slow though, thats why I didnt give a 5 star, we had to wait a while before all of our dishes served to our table. Overall a good place to eat and the food taste good.

They forgot about my order for desserts. Sizzling plate is ok, it can be better if they actually cook the steak on the plate. It seems that they pre-cook the steak and put it on the plate to serve.

Foods are really good. Lots of selection for desserts too. The services however can be hit or miss but the manager is always very responsive to issues.

Only tried the chicken teriyaki, it was delish! Friendly staff, clean, quiet enough for conversation. Ill go again.
