Cold cheeseburger. Fries were mixED cold and warm. Wifes chicken fries were COLD. I just dont get it. McDonalds was great when the first started in Richmond VA. Yep 70+ so I was here. Too much on menu. The wraps they had about a year ago were really good but the franchise owners hated them because they took "too long to prepate". No wonder they ate rated last in fast food joints. Simple fix. Trim menu get rid off all the dead weight employees that dont want to work.
