This is the worst place I have ever eaten at. The food is gross looking and tasting, if you have been looking for your lost dog I think they have already found him. The seat Asians in their own section and everyone else together in another section. Anything fried is oily and disgusting as they probably do not clean the fryer. The restaurant itself is dingy and every waitress here stares at you and lurks around your table thirsty for the chance to take a plate from you. All the food looks old and re-used, Ill come back later to describe the stomach pains and diarrhea that will most likely result from this meal. Any fast food restaurant would be a 5 star restaurant compared to this place. I forgot the best part, its 15 dollars a person so unless you are an adventurer and want to eat some sushi and crab legs from the pond in the back of the dollar general I suggest you go somewhere else, for the love of God.

We come here to eat all the time. The food is not the freshest but you really have to go during weekends where they try to serve better foods. We went there to eat one week days, and was distracted by the owners son playing with the food. I saw the kid playing with the dessert and dipping his fingers on other foods. 3 of us saw it! We told the waiter and she said "I cant do anything thats the owner son." We told her to get a manager but she couldnt find one. So, we all got up to the front and complained to the girl owner. Of course, she refused to. The other person walked out without paying. I still paid for my food but promised not to ever eat there again. It was not sanitary. I dont know how they operate still.

This USED to be a good place for Chinese. I would visit Buffet City about once a month, always liked their selection. Since they did their make over a couple of years ago, things have started to slide. Over the past few months, the quality of food has become less and less. This past Sunday, I went with my son... it will be the LAST TIME I will go. Food was COLD, NOBODY on the Hibachi Grill, which is probably a good thing, because what meat there was didnt look fresh at all - more like garbage can material. Time to find another place to go - Buffet City is not one I would recommend, except to go elsewhere.The only reason Im giving it 1 star is to allow this entry to post. In reality, they rate about a -5.

My son loved this place for a birthday tradition for his mom since 2009. Tonight the traditional birthday turned into a nightmare! The waitresses were Rude! I have never had a server to interrupt while Im eating dinner to hurry and eat my dessert! Talk about being rushed! She brought me the check before I took a bite of my dinner! Since we were so rushed, my son put some if my birthday dessert in a napkin before we left, only to be stopped on the way out by the owner that he was not allowed to bring the birthday dessert he ordered for his mom home! Never again will I step foot in that disrespectful hole in the wall again!

If I could write 0 I would. Where do I begin , the room was hot , the seats were torn and duct taped , there were flies everywhere ;including my drink, the food I hesitate to say was even warm or even edible, the selection was terrible and everything I put in my mouth made me want to vomit, for dessert I didnt think I could go wrong with the pudding but no, the pudding was room temperature, and when I went to grab a spoon for this hotass pudding it was covered in ice cream , for two people the bill came to 40 dollars, for that much money I couldve went somewhere halfway decent if I known. But hey the waitress was nice.

By Far The WORST CHINESE RESTAURANT SO-CALLED HIBACHI GRILL....I have never been to such an piss-poor establishment in my Life and then not even have prices up for buffet! So when it is time to pay for the bill your outcome end up being about $20.00 per person. For food that wasnt even out on the bar, cold stale food, charge for ice cream thats in a Cup!!!, not to mention the terrible service just to get a refill of water! Or sweet Tea!. I wish I could rate this a never ever enter. Sincerely, A HIGHLY pissed off customer Who WILL NEVER EVER come back to this hole in a wall.

Back in October I came for my birthday. My grandson loves this place, the food is very good. The price was $15.99 including crab legs. The price has gone down to $13.99 for buffet and crab legs are $3.99 a pound. If you dont finish you dont get to take them home with you. What are they gonna do. Serve them again. I would like to add that foods not included with the buffet; should be allowed to be taken home. I was told if I wanted to take them home, the charge is $8.99 lb.

The buffet is open until 10pm however at 8pm the meat and fish dishes were only slightly warm to the touch. It looked like the heat had already been turned off on the tables for some time, no heat could be felt nor steam seen etc. There were more than 6 or 7 tables being served at the time. I have eaten here before once about a year ago and this was not the case then. Keeping the food hot is a health department requirement not an option.

The food wasnt anything to write home about. The bill was $105.78 for 5 people and two are seniors. Will not be coming back. We told the waitress that we had seniors and they took$1.79 off the bill. The coconut shrimp was tough, the teriyaki chicken was over cooked, didnt have the crab legs. Everything was room temperature and tasted old. I went there last year and took 7 people and payed $107.00.

This is the second time that my husband, my son and I have come here to eat. Its a Saturday night and they are serving crab legs. We only stayed because in previous comments it said that they charge separate for crab legs. NOT ANY MORE! They include the crab legs in the price of the buffet, even though we did not have them! Our total is way more than the first time we came. Will not come back!

I never have an issue here, and unlike Tracy, Im glad they made the adjustment for the crab legs. Not everybody eats crab legs, so why should they have to pay the same price as people who do? If you dont like it, go somewhere else, the world doesnt revolve around you and YOUR wants and needs. Everything needs to be a little more diverse, and Im glad this company made efforts to think ahead.

They have some of the freshest seafood ever, everything is good. The staff is very attentive. The hibichi grill selections is awesome. And the price you cant beat it anywhere. Ive been there for lunch and dinner. The difference is price and a few food items. The food is always fresh and hot, been several times different days clean, fresh, friendly always. Well worth the money!!!
