Gotta hear about this horrible waiter: So I went to this restaurant two weekends in a row. The food there is pretty darn good. Limited menu, but very tasty food that I definitely want to keep going back for the food. However, there is a waiter, Hassam S (I believe is his name). He is extremely rude, and ill mannered. 1. He brought us menus with some dirt on it (looked like vomit) . Asked for a replacement, and he didnt bother apologizing. 2. He brings us desserts and throws the spoons on the table, because he had another tables dirty plates on the other hand and a cleaning cloth with dirt on it. 3. He starts cleaning tables and yelling at other waiters while we are still seated and eating our meals. 4. He brings us the check without even a thank you or anything, just on the run, throws it at our table and walks away cleaning other tables and yelling at other waiters. 5. We pay up and get ready to step out, and no thank you what so ever. Even though I like the food, this guy is a big turn off. Most of all, I hate that this guy represents the indian community. He is why we have a reputation sometimes. Ignore him please.

I am absolutely a fan of the food of Lemon especially their $11 lunch special that comes with a soup/salad then an entrée a side dish and dessert, unlimited naan and rice as long as your there on the table. Thats a lot of food and the quality is great. However I have now been there 4 times for lunch and the servers are absolutely trying to get you out of there as quick as possible. Whether you go when its noon or 2 and they are supposed to close at 3, you will not be able to enjoy your food at your desired pace. The last time I was there I went with other friends who had the same experience a few times before. And I would understand if they had a line out the door but they usually have several empty tables. When I actually made a statement about it last time I got the worst excuses and absolutely no remorse. Their kitchen actually closes at 2:30 FYI. This is so disheartening as their food is great but the rushed service is what ruins it.

Cannot give negative rating on google, otherwise I would have done it. Really bad experience at this place. They took 1 hour to make our food ready, we have been told before our food has been served that the kitchen will close in next two minutes. So, even after waiting 1 hour we did not get our food served and they are telling us that we cannot order more. When we called manager to discuss on it, the person who came dont even know English and instead of solving our problem, he started arguing rudely. Our server came after our food served by different server. They were all messed up and fighting among each other in order to serve a table, so that they can earn the tip. Really Really Really bad experience. Go here if you have enough time to waste for the food served by the bunch of servers who dont know what they are doing in restaurant.

I have been here 10+ times and only once did I ever have any issues waiting for my food. All the food has been consistently amazing and I have received very friendly service from every server there. Judging from my experience, you would have to be pretty awful to the servers there for them to be anything but accommodating to you. You know, treat people the way you want to be treated and all that jazz... Aside from that, the value is impeccable. I only ever go for lunch and the portions are plentiful. You get a soup or salad, your choice of entree, naan, a side (normally veggie korma), and a dessert (generally mango pudding, chocolate, or coconut mousse). I always have leftovers and sometimes they even add more rice or naan to your to-go box! All this for like $10. Um, yes, please!! Lemon, youre awesome. Keep it up!

Fantastic! Came with my wife on a Saturday at about 7pm. Not crowded, but had people eating already and more arriving as we ate. Even other Indians were coming in to eat at this place, must be a good sign! Note: my wife has celiac disease and every item on the menu that is gluten free is labeled as such (GF). Excellent variety of options and your choice of heat level for your food seams to be magically perfect from the chefs. Clean, comfortable lighting, nice interior, excellent staff who are very polite and attentive without being intrusive, excellent food (chicken tikka masala and lamb rogan josh), clean nice bathrooms, and of course a good price. Definitely worth a visit! Celiacs and non-celiacs come on by!

Extremely bad bad bad!!!!!!! I ordered a salad and they didnt bring it, and I just ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala, then it came cold and not well cooked at all!!! I talked with the manager to take this off because of this sitiuation and i didnt like the chicken, and change it to lamb, he refused to take it off, he said to me we already cooked it! Where is the customer right???? I told them to give me the menu to order a lamb , they ignored me, they just brought a lamb from their own mind!!!!!!!!! The customer have the right to take his plate off if he didnt like it, no doubts in that. Down service. I expected way better than this. Dont go for it, its not worth it.

Frankly I dont see what the rave reviews are. The service was terrible the food was OK. My boss is Indian and when we travel we always hit all the Indian restuarants (I happen to really like Indian food and will even go to some of the Indian shops in town to get stuff like laxmi palace etc...). He has a good pallet, cooks Indian food all the time and brings it to work to share, he also travels home to India often. He says that the food there is OK too. Perhaps it was a bad day for the restaurant. I was really looking forward to it..and try my best to...I wanted it to be great but it was so so to me AND the guests I was with.

Good was 5 stars but service was lacking when we went. They took our appetizer orders and drink orders, but they waited until after our appetizer had arrived and we had finished it to take our dinner order. It took us about an hour and a half from the time we sat down to the time we finally got the bill paid and it took us asking for the bill to get it. The table across from us was seated waited about 20 minutes and then just left because no one even took their drink orders. Food is a little bit pricey but fairly reasonable. Like I said the food was great the service was lacking

I dont know about the veggie dishes or the non-veg curries, but will definitely guarantee not to try the Briyani here. I had ordered mutton and chicken briyani and can pride myself to be a better cook than the guy who cooked this. I think even an amateur can do a better job, it was just full of overpowering masala and I had only 3 or max 4 mutton pieces in the briyani. Over priced and waste of money !! I would have given 0 stars for the Biryani, but gave 2 because the service was good and the restaurant seemed clean and inviting !!
