I always have and will love the food at Red Hot & Blue, but occasionally be staff as a bit off-putting. I was picking up some food my family and had forgotten that we would need mild sauce. Upon telling the already annoyed and uninterested cashier that I would be needing some mild sauce, she dramatically rolled her eyes side and went to the back. She complained about me to inform her co-worker and I could have sworn I overheard them talking behind my back. The place is good food, good portions and well keep going back whenever were in the area, but a smile with the service would be nice.

The food and price are reasonable; the staff is as friendly as they can be CONSIDERING THEIR WORKING ENVIRONMENT. For three months the A/C in this restaurant has been malfunctioning. It has been a very hot summer, making the negligence by upper management gross. Giving a single star to get your attention. Your service overall will improve when you begin to offer your own employees basic dignities, and offer basic comfort to your patrons.

I love Red Hot & Blue! I eat there way more frequently than I should, but I cant help it. I am hooked. Each location is good, but the Manassas location is my homebase so I am there most frequently. Lines are rarely long, the customer service is always very good, and in the many, many times I have been there, I have only had an error with my order once. Cannot recommend it more for someone looking for a good barbeque place around town.

This was my first time at a Red, Hot and Blue, and it was a great experience. The servers/cashiers were incredibly friendly and nice to talk to. The food came out quickly, was very tasty, and I enjoyed the variety of bbq sauces to try. Ive had my fair share of bbq, and this was far from terrible. Id definitely recommend it!

Again....Ribs were dry, tough, chewy, flavorless and cold. Potato salad was good this time around. This quality of this location used to be inconsistent with their BBQ but it unfortunately got worse. This place needs the "serious about BBQ" management it used to have so long ago.

KEEP AWAY!!!! I was eating my sandwhich and I decided to eat the meat with a fork because I didnt want to eat all the bread, while eating the meat I found a STICKER of some sorts in the meat! If I could I would rate 0 stars. And I was disgusted so I requested a refund.

Well probably not the best day to review them. 92 degrees outside and 92 degrees inside because the air-conditioning was out. They had fans running everywhere. Food was edible... Little bit to grungy inside. Sauces were a bit too sticky on the outside.

I love RH&B bbq awesome dry rub. This is a bit more of a counter order restaurant but others in the area are true sit down restaurants. The food is always fantastic and quick. Great for takeout or catering as well.

The people were fantastic. The sides were pretty good. Unfortunately I think the barbecue left a lot to be desired. Youre going to pay the same price here as you would at Famous Daves without the quality barbecue.

In my opinion, the best BBQ in the area. The combo meals are a great deal. The pulled pork is excellent. The potato salad reminds me of my mothers. They also offer lunch specials during the week.

Really good food. The dry rub and the sweet wet ribs are great. Tender, fall-off-the-bone meat. Yummy sides also. The sweet tea could be sweeter and more southern though.
