I had heard the Houndstooth, now Lilliannas Italian Restaurant, wasnt really a choice place to go to eat. But I understand "to each is own", so when my sister and another lady came to visit me for lunch we selected to find out for ourselves. The food was good, but I must admit we will NOT go again. During our meal we had to set away flies, 4 of which hung around our table, and when we were almost finished a roach came crawling out from behind the booth my sisters friend was sitting at. The waitress was apologetic and also gave us a 30% discount on our ticket, but if you choose to go there I suggest taking along a fly swatter.

We enjoy the crab cakes. They are pricey, but the quality and crab content is very high. You get what you pay for. The catfish is also very good. They will cook to order - ask for grilled instead of fried to save some calories. Skip the sauces if you dont want the extra fat. The BBQ chicken is also very good. Cooked to very tender - falling off the bone and a just-right sauce not too sweet. I order a half-chicken and try to take half home. Sometime I succeed in stopping at eating just half of my meal. Sometimes not.

The Italian cuisine is very good. The American-style food choices are so-so. I have seen a few roaches in the restaurant in the past and had a piece of roach body in my alfredo pasta meal, so I had to give them just one star, otherwise Id give them four stars on the Italian dishes.

Awesome food at a great price. Service was fantastic. A great place to stop when you decide to get off from I-95 and take the back way to get out of traffic. The calzone was yummy and the house made Italian sausage sub was perfect!

The soda tasted like medicine and there were ants everywhere including my drink. After brushing off the dead flies from the table I didnt feel like eating here. Although everyone else I was with seemed to enjoy the food.

Fried flounder sandwich was tasty but a little thin. Barbeque was a lot but nothing stood out. Service wasnt the best. Price was the best part.
