We used to come here all the time but this would be probably my last visit. Their pizza is good but they need to be careful with preparing it. The customer before me ordered a pizza with bacon on it. The guy who made the pizza was not careful with handling the meat. While picking it up, he showered some of it into other containers which disgusted me. There are customer who are vegetarians or who dont eat bacon and you have to be respectful of that. We even had to ask him to change his gloves which should be standard before handling next customer.

So, my 1st and last time here...I purchased 2 Pepperoni and the pizza taste like the pizzas we had to sell when we forced to sell during candy time. Whoever said the pizza was good they obviously never tasted Philadelphia or New York Style Pizza. This was some frozen style dough placed in personal pizza pans, cooked 5-7 minutes and served to unsuspecting customers. If I could I would take this Nasty A$$ Frozen Pizza Back...They need to go back to the basics.... Danny-Retired USMC

Its located conveniently located near Innsbrook and I-64. Great for families, children, teens, or getting together with friends.

Nice concept. It reminds me of Chipotle, but with pizza. I tried the 5 Star Pizza which is essentially a deluxe pizza. They say it only takes 5 minutes to cook the pizza. Maybe they should call themselves Pie Eight. I think my pizza could have definitely used a few more minutes in the oven. The dough was thin, soft & limp. Not sure if having fewer toppings would have made a difference or not. I might try them again but my first impression was that it was just ok.

Very average. I went in for the first time yesterday for lunch expecting great pizza since you are paying a bunch of $ for a personal pizza. The pizza itself was pretty bland and their customer service wasnt what I expected either. After making the pizza they didnt even call out that it was ready, it just sat there. Cost to food ratio here is terrible. Ill be sticking to mellow mushroom for pizza.

I was told to expect the Subway of pizza. And while the format is evocative of Subway, the end result is far more refined. Flavor, texture, and even the topping distribution were top notch. And they offer enough options to keep it interesting. Prices are reasonable and turn around quick even for bake on demand pizzas. Around 5 minutes. Definitely worth a stop.

Extremely impressed with this business. Got a completely vegan pizza and it was amazing. My wife got the gluten free and it was great! Staff was fast and friendly. My daughter made a huge mess on accident and an employee came out, smiling, and cleaned it all up for us and told us to enjoy our food.

Pie Five is one of the few restaurants I know of where they obey full proper food safety procedure for allergens. Its wonderful, and their pizzas are yummy as well. Always had pleasant service with kind staff and thoroughly enjoy going back.

Awesome gluten free pizza (they even change gloves and cooking utensils to make it)! I am very gluten sensitive and have never had a problem there. Get the spicy marinara- lots of flavor! Great deal if you get pizza, salad, and a drink.

Its a crowd pleaser. The whole family loves it. They have every combination of pizza available. Their salads are great too! Im not a dessert eater but the cookies, cakes and promotional cinnamon sticxs look really good.

Was told Circle of Crust rewards (such as barcode) will no longer work without a mobile app. Company has little understanding of technology and increasing numbers of rewards program participants. The pizza is good.

The Chipotle of pizza.... With a lot less food. The pizza was OK. $7 for a lunch size pizza, get a drink, and its a $10 lunch. The staff was friendly and I appreciate that!
