I come here very often and Ive never had a bad experience, until this evening. I walked up to place my order where a young girl, whose name I dont know because she was not wearing a name tag, (short pixie cut, glasses, wore a chain around her neck with a ring in it) just stares at me.....no "hello"...no "what can i get you" not even a smile. She took my order and when my sub was ready she threw it up on the counter and said "here." My girlfriend was with me, she also had her sub thrown at her. And after all that she forgot our soup and was rude when we asked for it. No "have a nice day" or anything. I would also like to say the man who rang me up was very polite! Food was great but I wont be ordering from that young lady again.

I like this place, its healthy, kind of, depends on what you order, but quality for a sub is good, i like the meats. The people who eat here are normally nice. I order a shake every now and then. Its good, day 4 stars. But Im giving 5 for overall. Food, store is clean, and staff.

Went there at 8:45 and everything was put away by the teenage crew so they could go home as fast as possible. No soup, no meatballs, barely anything to choose from. Just a reminder of why I stopped going there before. Clowns!!

Very good sandwiches. I like the intentionally rustic environment. Sometimes they have live music on the weekends. Their cookies are very good.
