Traditional sit down Chinese restaurant decor did not have me hoping for much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Menu has a wide selection of options and an extensive sushi and sashimi collection. Panda offers the traditional American "Chinese" adult beverages but I just had a simple Sapporo to start. Wife enjoyed her traditional Won Ton soup while I explored with a duck roll. Nice choice there. Shredded duck, cucumber and green shoots rolled in a white pancake. Very tasty! For entrees we selected a shrimp and scallop meal along with one of the house specials. . . Pineapple Delight: sautéed beef and chicken in a variation of sweet and sour sauce with onions, red and green peppers along with, naturally, chunks of pineapple. Outstanding meal with good service. What would we do without Panda North? Well, wed miss the best, most consistently good Chinese food anywhere in SEastern Vermont and the tri-state area. Panda always delivers, great classic chinese dishes, always fresh and well-prepared, great sushi and terrific japanese (well, the udon is forgettable) boxes. The service is great with most of the folks fairly recent arrivals from China. My family and I visit regularly and are never disappointed. (Secret: they make a great egg foo young, but its not on the menu, neither is baby bok choy but they usually have it and its terrific!)

Weve had take out from Panasian and Asian Gourmet in West Bratt, both were much better and less expensive than Panda North. Lackluster sauces and flavor in their dishes and very gelatinous egg drop soup. Glad weve tried all three restaurants but this is not where we will return for Chinese food, take out or eat in. After reading other reviews thought we were going to love it and were excited, seems that things rather really slid downhill after so many great reviews! Would give another chance if things improved.

This is the best place around by far, ive been through almost the entire menu and my family friends and i have never been disapointed. Way better then the places in west Brattleboro that keep going out of buisness every other year or buffets, its not even comparible . It has been in buisness as long as i can remember and has all gormet dishes and great sushi and sashimi also. Its great for all occasions .I moved out of the area and still drive over a hour to come eat here . highly recommended AAA+ service .

The most family friendly and couple friendly restaurant in Brattleboro. Excellent, service and of course delicious food. I have been going to Panda North for over 20 years. My kids since the day they came home from the hospital have been made to feel like the precious treasures they are! Try the white meat only Tangerine Chicken and the fabulous dumplings. We are so lucky to have it so close. Otherwise I would be driving for hours or flying to Chicago to go to China town!

Panda has consistently been the best Chinese restaurant in the area for the 20 or so years theyve been in business. Great food, terrific service, fair prices not to mention outstanding lunch specials. I have to admit, the Japanese food they offer, including sushi, is not quite on a par with their Chinese offerings but its still better than what Ive been served elsewhere. All in all, Panda has always been good and shows no sign of letting up anytime soon.

Superlative dining. My Seafood Birds Nest was laden with Scallops, Jumbo Shrimp, Crab Meat and 1/2 Lobster Tail all mixed with the sauteed veggies we all love nestled in the dried noodle nest. The nest absorbed some of the delectable sauce making for a wonderful finish to the meal. Wait staff are attentive. Never rush you. The well poured Scorpion beverage perfectly complemented the meal. Will gladly return again and again. Highly recommend!

THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB!!!! We came there thinking that it would be kind of mediocre but when we stepped in we were blasted with good sushi, (with high quality fish), delicious soup and overall awesome atmosphere of a little restaurant in the Orient. We had the nicest waiter who always tried to help my family out.

Best Chinese food in the area. Sushi is amazing. The owners are the Nicest people I have ever known to run a restaurant. I have seen Heather hold a crying child for people so they could eat their food. Very Nice layout plenty of room. Much better than Panda North . Best Hot and Sour Soup!!!!

Best Chinese in Bratty so far. Resembles old school Chinese eatery decor & offers nice variety of food choices ranging from Chinese, Japanese, and Thai. Prices are quite affordable in this age!

This is one thing I miss about living in Vermont. Ive yet to find anywhere with hot & sour soup that rivals Panda Norths. The sesame chicken and house special chicken are freaking awesome.
