The manager has no clue of what good customer service involves. I had never been before so I didnt know that the buffalo chicken was just chicken with a buffalo sauce I thought it was sliced deli meat buffalo spicy chicken. I even spoke to the cashier and asked her to explain the different meats to me and she never said anything about a buffalo sauce being on it so I asked to have a different sandwich because I dont like buffalo sauce on my sandwiches. She got an attitude right off the bat and said Ill have to wait awhile, so I sat and waited. Then once the other customers that were eating left the restaurant the manager yelled at me from across the store saying the employee already told me about the sandwich with such an ugly attitude. He says hell remake the sandwich since its my first time there and pushes the other one at me demanding I drop it off to a homeless person on the way home. And then a few seconds later snatches it from me and takes it outside to the store next door. After my sandwich was done he starts getting nasty again saying Im lucky I got a free sandwich. How is my sandwich free when I paid for it? When a customer does not receive the product they thought they were paying for any responsible company will fix the problem and make sure they leave happy. This was absolutely gross and inappropriate on his part to act this way as a manager of this type of establishment. Im not sure what level of management he is, but whatever it is someone needs to send him to a customer service seminar because thatd be a huge help to him.

Politely asked if I could have my wifes sandwich remade as the amount of pesto put in it was over-powering. The manager then raised his voice and told me rudely that "the sandwich comes that way". Which certainly isnt the case, my wife orders that sandwich all the time and its never that full of pesto. As a manager that worries more about his margins over retaining customers through good service, he agreed to remake it and yelled at me to go get the bag from our table. As we were waiting for the new sandwich, the manager was yelling at the employees that anyone in the restaurant could easily hear. If you want sub-par sandwiches and awful service, go here.

I ate here last night. They were out of the meat I wanted, and were super apologetic and gave me a free drink and extra toppings for my trouble . They also followed up once I was done to ask how I enjoyed it, which I thought was a nice, rare touch for what is essentially a fast food restaurant. Nicely done, Watauga Which Wich. You guys are awesome.

Oh man! This was my first visit to Which Wich and wow! The selection is huge! There are so many sandwiches to choose from, but ordering is super easy. The staff here is incredibly polite and eager to help. But most importantly, the sandwiches are excellent. Thank you, Which Wich!

Food is fine. But I did an online order, came to pick it up 20 min later and they hadnt even started it yet. And there wasnt a single customer in the restaurant, so its not like they were busy. They were just lazy and not working.

Ive always been a fan of the sandwiches. But the people behind the counter have made the difference in making this Which Wich my Which Wich. The crew here is super nice and they were super nice Before they knew me by name lol.
