I was the first customer this Sunday. Chips are never available on the front rack. The soda machine was still dirty from the previous day!!! The floor was sticky!! The tables were dirty!! The counter was dirty with trash from the previous day. Staff is always in the back and make you feel like is a bother to serve you. The shirt of one employee was dirty with old food stains. Not the cleanest or friendlier of Subways.

Called to order lunch for the guys at work. I wanted 13 sandwiches and was told to go else where because they did not have enough bread. Working at a restaurant for the last decade myself i find it to be garbage that subway, a sandwich shop, had an insufficient amount of bread during lunch time.

Food was good, but this place was dirty. Its a 2 story Subway..all the tables upstairs were dirty..allll the girls wanted to do is sit and talk..maybe if they stopped doing so much talking and did some cleaning..it would make it better for people to come in and eat

Wasnt impressed. Stopped by for lunch, and there were NO cookies, three medium cups, just a few of the large. One employee had to go get items out of the back. The wall next to our table had food stains... Kinda sad since theyre by the bay.

Showed up at 8 when they were supposed to be open at 7 and the doors were locked. All lights were on and someone was in the back on their phone but was ignoring the 3 other people at the door besides myself.

I go to the one downtown close to stripes. The food is always ok. But the service is never good. Im sure they dont love theyre job, but a smile can go a long way in customer service!
