Very first impression was terrible. Me and my mom got the pick 2. Both got half salad half sandwhich. Took longer to get because they put chicken in my salad when I asked for it without it. Then when it comes to the table we noticed they didnt put any dressing on either one of our salads. The dressing didnt taste that great anyway and there was more fruit in the bowl than lettuce. Then I wasnt expecting my Ham and swiss sandwhich to be cold,which was my fault because I just didnt read the menu. But it was tasteless. I could have made a better sandwhich at home...and they didnt even put the cheese on there! Last thing is the piece of bread that came with the salad was hard as a rock but had the best taste out of anything else we got. Wont be going back

Had a late lunch here with a friend, she has the salad/sandwich combo which was quite a bit of food. I had the ham and cheese sandwich which was very good, the ham was plentiful and the cheese was well flavored, plenty of lettuce and tomato without being too much. The self serve drink counter was clean, but the tea canisters were practically empty so I got 3/4 of a glass of tea, which was enough. The restaurant was clean(as always) While there I purchased a loaf of Miche White Bread...this is a great bread for toast and toasted sandwiches, the bread freezes well if properly packed. All in all we had a very nice dining experience, money and time well spent

Food is great, but the customer service is terrible. When I have gone through the drive through the people taking my order are rude and get it wrong half the time. When I am wanting to pick my food up really quick I order through the app, which is super convenient because you just walk in and pick it up. Every single time I have ordered through the app it is never ready I have to wait for it to be finished while all the staff is cutting up and messing around, or it is finished and they just decided not to let me know its ready. Or they tell me its ready and half of my food is not in their. Terrible customer service, terrible.

I met with coworkers for a working lunch. There was no wait. Im a picky eater and they had no problem making me what I wanted! It was delicious! They were polite and even though we stayed there quite a while they didnt try to get us out of there. They took notice when we were done eating and cleared our plates for us. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a good meal and a great place to eat and sit with friends or coworkers!

Couple days ago a random gentleman bought me lunch, granted I was short on cash and kind of hungry. 2017 has been a rough start for me and still looking for employment. Today I receive a free drink....but I prefer H2O. I came from CA for the RN program. So this is a "Southern Hospitality" everyone was talking about. I love it here, would dine/study here. I wish I could work here too. Thank you Panera Bread employees and Random Stranger.

Got a "Signature" Greek Salad….was 90% lettuce STEMS - hardly any lettuce leaf parts. Had no pepperoncini as advertised. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NO FORK provided - only a knife. How do you eat a salad with just a knife?? And the knife was not even in a wrapper - just stuck to the top of the cardboard box. I cant believe that a national credit restaurant would sell (for $6.59) such a poor quality salad in such an unsanitary manner.

I m from northeast and panera is my favorite restaurant as I love their food. But this place 3 times I ordered chicken noodle soup and I got the soup without chicken... Twice they charge me double and told me that its gonna get credited , but that never happend.. Really this kind of customer service I never experienced at any other panera bread place... The reason still go there cause there is no other panera bread...

Cold soup. No dressing on the salad. Bread was hard as a rock. Rude service. Not the first time Ive been served cold soup either. Another previous visit at breakfast I sat at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes before a girl said "what do you want?" And then sat at the window for another 10 minutes for a bagel. I keep expecting a decent light meal.

Great bagels, good house coffees, friend staff, a lot of cute chicks there working and eating, casual service, trendy holistic vibe.... Only reason I give it four stars is I saw this douche named Aaron Lopez there using up all the Wifi and scamping on the young females in short shorts.. what a douche.

Covered patio is one of the nicer places to eat outside. During the winter months, the indoor fireplace is quite warm when you sit beside it. Morning are better than afternoon for baked goods, but over all great relaxed place. Good place to eat and study, as it is usually quiet.

Food thats good for you shouldnt cost this much. Service was mediocre at best, but what do you expect when theres nothing but teenagers working there. Another big national brand that falls short on service, the food is good, but expensive. No reason for me to go back.

Tables can be messy and they are occasionally busy especially at lunch but overall I actually like the food. Staff can also be rude mainly young kids who are most likely temporary anyways oh and Breakfast sucks btw...look at check silverware and cleanliness Js..

Food was decent. Service was good. Prices were too high. Now I find out they are a target rich environment (2nd amendment supporters not welcome). Will Never be back. Going down the road to Jasons Deli better Salads, ice cream, and they still want my business.

Food isnt bad but the service is awful and the drive thru is even worse. Drive thru is always slow and there is a good chance your order will be wrong. 35 minutes in the drive thru today waiting on two power sandwiches and two smoothies.

Always great food! My fave is the chipotle chicken avocado melt and staff is very friendly, especially, this young fella Memo. He always remembers my usual, not expecting it from a fast food chain restaurant!!

I have never been disappointed with Panera Bread, and I consider the quality of the ingredients worth the slightly higher price point. Its also a great atmosphere for one on one conversations, indoor and out.

At 8:30am only had 4 cheese soufflés left. No other kinds available. We are from Ohio and every time we go there, same thing happens. Not an issue in Ohio. We will enjoy them in Ohio not in Tyler, Texas

Best Panera Ive been to, and Ive been to a lot of them. Fast, friendly service. They even bring out your meal to you and will slice your apple for you. I visited almost every day while in Tyler.

Best strawberry poppyseed salad ever! Lots of delicious fruit in the salad - strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, blueberries, plus chicken, pecans, veggies and a poppyseed dressing.

Over priced, soup and sandwich not worth $42 for portions of half sandwiches and cups of soup. Oh and bread hard enough to break a window with. Not to mention the dirty silverware.
