I very sadly have to give this panda only 3 stars, I love panda express I go here all the time this panda however is extremely inconsistent there has only been a handful of time where I was was not disappointed with one part of my meal. I always get the same thing and if their orange chicken is good the chow mein in bad and visa versa its extremely disappointing to where I do not go there often. There have also been many occasions where I have gone through the drive through and waited over 20 minutes for my food, maybe I should just go in? The portions are also very inconsistent sometimes I feel like they give a good amount and then others they just give you the very last few pieces and call it good. Its not bad but just not great, just wish they were more consistent.

This place is hit or miss. Our drive through experience was substandard, the girl was slow and rude. She also acted confused when we asked if she remembered the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken, her response was "Uh, you want sauce for your chicken?" She obviously does not know the menu or she would have known the teriyaki chicken comes naked with the sauce on the side. My orange chicken has been flavored like the general tsos for several orders. Honestly i think it is just a few bad eggs driving the place into the ground. On other occasions our food is amazingly tasty, fresh, hot, and made at lightning speed.

I love panda express and was so excited to be getting one in Tyler, but every time I have come here the wait is outrageously long. I came on a Sunday afternoon around 5 after they had been open a few weeks and stood in line for close to 45 minutes. Now a couple of months later, I decided to come tonight at 9:00 since there were only a few cars in the drive through, and I assumed the wait wouldnt be so long. Now I have been sitting here for over 30 minutes and still havent gotten my food. The managers need to find a way to correct this issue.

Firstly, the wait here is almost always going to be long unless you go toward closing time. Personally, I think its worth the wait. Secondly, this isnt what Id call "gourmet". Its Chinese fast food, so you cant expect too much. You want orange chicken, you get orange chicken. This is my favorite restaurant. Its delicious and you get a lot of food (2 entrees and a side) for about $7. Otherwise, the staff is very nice and they make sure you have condiments in your sack when your order is ready, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

I love Panda Express dont get me wrong. I have eaten at many Panda Express is around Texas but this is by far the worst place I have ever eaten. The food is always terribly cooked, if they even have cooked food when you show up. Ive been there 4 times this month every single time I went it was going to be at in minute wait for four different meats. If youre looking for somewhere to eat and Tyler go anywhere else even McDonalds over this place.

Given them chance after chance to redeem themselves. When they first started out the wait was long but the food was great. Now the wait is extra long and the food is terrible. Have talked to the manager several times and its always an excuse. No time for excuses when youre spending that kind of money for fast food. Hope they are able to get back the way they were before, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Panda Express is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. A little overpriced. I ordered a plate with chow mein, string bean chicken and paid extra for the Shanghai Angus steak. Also had spring rolls. Everything was great, as usual, but the steak was undercooked. Ive had this problem a few times at this location. Tonight it tasted almost raw. I like my steak well done so it could just be my personal preference???

Every time I come to this panda everything is either empty or super dry. I came in today right when they opened expecting fresh food, however hardly anything was even cooked and ready at the time it was opened. I am highly disappointed in how bad the employees are here. We and my friend have waited here since it opened and not a single employee has asked us if we needed anything. This panda is HORRIBLE.

The young girl in the drive through made it a point to discourage me from ordering my entree because it was going to "take about ten minutes to cook the chow mein and steak".... I was the only car in the entire drive thru so I didnt see the problem. After 45 minutes of sitting in the front parking lot she finally brought the food. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with

Ive been here a few times already and they can only get 2 stars right now. The portion sizes have been smaller and the food has not been fresh. Panda is usually pretty reliable, but I suspect the new restaurant and employees are having a hard time adjusting to what its supposed to be. I love the chain, but I really hope they get on their game here before too long.

I have been parked waiting for my food and its been 15 minutes. Was told they were waiting on the mushroom chicken. Had to call the manager inside to complain and he comes outside to then tell me that theres confusion inside and theyre now waiting on the broccoli beef?!?! At least manager came outside to my car to apologize and comped my meal and the next one

Were regular customers that order via the app at the S. Broadway location. The staff is always friendly, and they are 100% perfect for order accuracy as of tonights order. Hate to see the negative comments - we are fans and wish the staff and mgt well in fixing whatever small issues there may be. Well definitely be back.

I would advise you eat here if you do not have a tongue or teeth worth saving. But if curiosity persists save your money. Grab a few rocks dip them in sauce, gather some uncooked ramen, slap them on a Styrofoam plate, garnish it with burnt hair, sesame seeds and cabbage. Viola you got panda express quality gourmet!!

Describe my experience.... Hmm... My experience was a 15 minute wait "AT THE WINDOW" for dry orange chicken, chow mane also dry. Best part of my meal was the beef & broccoli, but the beef and broccoli was was put in a rice container and it leaked all over everything. Other than that it actually didnt taste bad.

I have been sitting in the Drive Thru for 45 + mins. Food is always great here. But the management needs to find a better system to get customers in and out and happy. Good food can only go so far. I have worked in the food industry and u can serve great food quickly.

They were good at first. Lately however, the quality has gone downhill. The Orange Chicken pieces are tiny and made up mostly of breading. Food served tepid, rice is mushy. This is the third disappointment---three strikes people, pull it together!

Ive been sitting here for 35 minutes, we were told when we ordered there was someone new making the sauce... 35 minutes later and someone is still making the sauce. Give me my money back! How are you still in business with this ethic?
