I lived down the road from Real Pho and finally got a chance to try out the place tonight. Im Vietnamese but I dont look like your average Vietnamese so they didnt know lol. My husband is white and my kids dont speak Vietnamese so I only spoke English when I ordered and took this opportunity to observe. Well there is good and bad to this place. SERVICE: Service was not the greatest. We came in and was greeted by a lady. She asked us how many and then told us we can sit wherever we like. She brought us the menus and then left. At least 5 minutes later, a young waiter came and asked us what we want to drink. He can barely speak English. As we were giving him our drinks order, he stopped us and said hell be right back. He went to the counter to grab a pen and notepad and came back to take our drinks order again. We had to repeat like 3 times before he got only 4 drinks order down. He brought us the drinks and started taking our orders. Again, we had to repeat ourselves until he got it all down. We ordered an egg dropped soup and a wonton soup. He brought out 2 egg dropped soups so I made him correct my orders. A few minutes later I realized I forgot to ordered my soup so I told him what I wanted and he said let me go ask them if we have any. Then a lady came out and asked me what I wanted. After that the rest of the service was ok. When it was time to pay, I double checked my bill. They tried to charge me for the extra egg dropped soup they brought out so I made sure I only paid for what I ordered. FOOD: My girls had the soups and my husband and I had 2 different vermicelli dishes. The food was not excellent but it was for sure above average. The portions, in my opinion, fits the price. Im Vietnamese so l know how authentic Vietnamese food should look and taste, and by far, this fits the category. I would go definitely go back for the food.

First off the food is okay, not great. But the main reason for the low score is the service. The servers are good at first but then slack. For only 3 tables that had people, I had to continue to wave down the servers for refills on our drinks. When I ordered my food I asked for no egg. And I made sure that the server wrote that down just so mistakes werent made. However when I received the food the cook (I assume manager) added EXTRA egg. So they had to remake the food which took another 20min. When I went up to pay the server asked the cook (manager) if he could discount the plate because of the mistake. The cook (manager) stated, "what for He ate it didnt he?" Wow, I didnt want to argue. Its okay, this was my third time here and now my last. Pho Ha Long has always been my main place for Vietnamese food. I just wanted to have a place closer to me. I suggest you stay away from this place.

It seemed like the wait staff was very unexperienced. It wasnt that busy for an early Friday night but orders were mixed up and we were left waiting for long periods of time even just to get the check we must have asked 3 or 4 times but we were apologized to which we appreciated. Also I had the grilled chicken with rice and the serving size seemed very small for the price and my girlfriend said she has had better pho for a better price. I also thought it was strange that the lunch specials were more expensive than the rest of the menu, isnt a special supposed to be a good deal to attract more customers not to rip them off? Probably wont be coming back here...

Tried it tonight #19 House Special and the spring-rolls it was good. But beware of the iced drinks ( I had #15 coffee) 95 % of the drink was ice. The lady taking orders was nice but could not understand English that well and kept doubling up my order so check it carefully before she rings you up. I took my order as takeout and my food was ready in no time at all. My food was packed well for the trip despite the fact that it was mostly liquids. All the ingredients were fresh and prepared with care. I would recommend this place and I will be a returning customer.

This Vietnamese Restaurant is a joke. I came last night at 9:05pm, the signs says open till 10pm but the girl at the counter told me they are closed already and there is no more food. Few days opened and no food? So I gave them the benefit. I came back today at 11 AM since they have the sign by the door, open on Sundays 11AM. No one was inside, the store is not opened yet. I grabbed the menu last night and their prices are way overpriced. They are definitely shady! I wouldnt even try their food. Beware!!

I tried this restaurant last week. The food was not even near Authentic Vietnamese Pho soup. I ordered their house special Pho and it has few meat in it (3 thin sliced beef). Their price way above what you are getting for. Not worth the money. Most of the workers does not understand english and it is very hard to communicate. I will never go back to this establishment. I willing to drive and go somewhere else where I can enjoy good Vietnamese food.

Delicious food! I love the meatball pho and my husband really enjoys their chicken pho...cant forget the Vietnamese egg roll, its the best! The only bad thing I can say about this location is that the air conditioning is not working properly and its super uncomfortably hot. Eating piping hot soup and a hot environment...not good but definitely worth being uncomfortable for a little while

Good variety of food but customer service lacks greatly. We dined in and our full order was not delivered. I had to get up and ask where it was. Waitress never checked to refill drinks, dessert, or ticket.

My family and I always enjoy eating here and I will never compare the service to a highly priced menu Restaurants. The price is not at all overpriced, when you pay $15 or more then you could say overpriced.

Their pad Thai and glass noodles were amazing! The restaurant was clean and the customer service was excellent. The food came out quickly. This is the new neighborhood eatery. A must goto!

Over priced wonton soup at $10 with three dumplings and found black plastic pieces in it was the kicker. The fried spring rolls were good.
