We came here on a Sunday. My mother was excited because she use to come here many years ago. When we first sat the waitress advised it would take longer than normal due to a poker tournament. We decided to stay thinking Maybe an hour, boy were we wrong. There were 6 of us 5 burgers and 1 steak sandwich. After an about an hour they brought the first 2 burgers. 20 min later they brought my sandwich which did not have anything on it and was cold. Three of us still did not have food. The manager came over tp check how were doing. I advised of the length and the fact still missing 3 meals. He apologized and said were very busy, only one other table was full outside of poker room. Advised of this manager made claim of 50 poker players and all had ordered. While it was a full poker room I counted 28 and had not seen any with food at time. So 10 more min passed and the 4th burger was brought without fixing and over cooked. This had been about an hour and a half since we arrived, Two still with out food. Finally 15 more min passed and the last two burgers were brought. The Hawaiian burger with nothing but a piece of avocado and cheese (Not what was advertised) and the other burger that was suppose to be well done was almost rare. Finally had enough and said something again to manager when brought ticket without saying a word. Advised how crazy it was that meals came out so sporadic and once again was told were very busy. I noted that regardless of business the food came out wrong and it took nearly 2 hours for last two in party to receive orders. Was advised would discount but only half since even though was wrong half was still ate. I could not believe the attitude of the manager and lack of care. At the end we still were charged half for the worst experience have ever received. I will never be back

The all-female waitstaff come across like former Hooters waitresses (was there a Hooters in the 60s?), who went back to cocktailing in their retirement, a la "Copacabana" by Barry Manilow. All these middle-aged women have their 3-children-later bosom on display (I dont want to have any bosom of any age in my face). Cover it up already! One waitress in particular may have some sort of narcissistic personality disorder; she bent over in front of and flirted with my boyfriend throughout the 45m we were there. She even followed him to bathroom and waited for him to come out. It was gross, weird and sad. We left early to get away from the Fatal Attraction wannabe. The place would have been very nice to dance in. The music was old school and fun. The dance floors and lighting were appealing. The bare chested waitresses really drop this place to third class. There is a similiar club in Dallas where the male & female wait staff wear white tuxedo shirts with black bow ties; it feels like the price youre paying- first class. Raffles is a good place for misguided old men to see what they can. The creepiness of this place takes the fun away. Please cover up the aging bosom, stop stalking my boyfriend like Gollum and I may give this place another chance.

This is a bar thats typically a place for the "older" crowd to get together (35+) but with me being 26 I felt completely comfortable and welcomed! Sunday night "Jam sessions" are amazing! Multiple, local bands, artists/singers and musicians get together and play country, oldies rock, Hispanic and southern blues. As well as having established bands, they also accept new talent with open arms with open mic, so if you know how to play or sing, come on and do it! They have drinks specials and happy hour, so youre guaranteed to find something appealing and in your price range. The drinks were good. I definitely didnt have watered down drinks, heck Id almost say they are too strong but that is ridiculous. Nice beer selection and they were ice cold. They do sell food, while I didnt eat, it smelled absolutely amazing. Definitely give them a chance and stop by for a good time at Raffles!

This bar is creepy on steroids. I went with a friend to a birthday party and I thought I was in an old 60s movie that featured Vietnamese strippers dancing together on the dance floor. The intermission music was Techno (sp?) music, (if thats what you want to call it). I mean if you’re going to cater to ancient people at least be consistent. The bathrooms were filthy (hair in the sink, dirty tampons on the floor, toilets not flushing properly and there was no soap or paper towels.) The service was atrocious and the drinks were watered down and expensive. The people reminded me of the Thriller video a real nightmare. The men drooled over anything with a pulse...as far as that goes so did the 50-60ish women in extremely age inappropriate attire. I will N-E-V-E-R step a foot back in that place. Oh, and if you do go? Dont say I didnt warn you....

After reading the great reviews we decided to try this place.. all great reviews.. we must have gone on an off day because it was not the kind of experience we were expecting... Service was terrible the waitress have our appitizer to another table took about 20 mins to take our order.. It probably would have taken longer if i didnt wave her down.. took even longer to get our order.. then it was wrong so we had to send it back... It was just a terrible dining experience.. i wish we could have had a good time like so the other reviews did.. oh well...

Dont know why my review was deleated, But I only want to say this place is great for 45+ crowd. The music varies from a one man band singer a dj that plays a veriety of music to include oldies, c& w, Latin, slow dance, and some of the latest rap plus more. There are Asians (why that was mentioned I dont know) but Raffles has a mix of people to include buisness ppl, cowboys, blacks and white, and all getting along to dance and socialize. Its a place to have fun and enjoy life.

Well, we heard the burgers were good and the music was good also. All I can say is that we had been waiting almost a hour after we placed our order for our food to come. The waiter Eddie, although very gracious, was all over the place and forgot to inform one of us that they didnt have the buns to make the sliders. I guess now well have to wait another hour for our food to come out. Totally disappointed with the wait but the music was good for our age group.

Service was lousy..came on Tuesday and the waitress did not even ask if I wanted water. To add insult to injury, she had to send the singer to ask if I was leaving the table, so that another group could sit. So pathetic that she had to ask the resident musician to help her do her job. The previous lady, an older lady with glasses, was much better. Go with a group if you dont want to be treated like an afterthought.

I go there for the bands that play on Saturday nights and the drink specials are reasonable. Ive only tried the nachos and they were good have not tried the other types of food. Did not know you can make reservations I do now. Crowd is over 35 which is great as I am 52 and happily married. I love to listen to celcius band and the show band both are very good holy recommend listening to them,
