Comfortable, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. This was my first visit and I found the house brew (coffee) to be very unpleasant for a "premium" roasted coffee. It had a slight sour acid taste, and ended up in the garbage as soon as I got home. Also, the lemon poppyseed scone was not good - the lemon flavour was far to overpowering and had a synthetic taste to it, which made me think it was baked with a cheap lemon substitute or concentrate from a bottle and not real lemon zest, it was also more dry than a traditional scone (they are supposed to be dry, but it was overly dry - think of mixing a synthetic lemonade drink mix with just flour and then baking it - dry and gross). It also ended up in the garbage as soon as I got home. I was disappointed because I really wanted this place to be my new go-to weekend coffee/breakfast stop. There were so many other choices, which all looked very appealing, and I think its probably worth giving it another chance. But for this visit, the coffee and scone get a big 0; the friendly staff and atmosphere are what pulled the 0 up to 2 stars.

My favorite coffee in all of San Antonio, and maybe even every other country Ive been to. SO strong. I have to be careful with this stuff because it is potent even though it does not taste as strong as it is. The goat milk iced latte is amazing. So good that I cant bring myself to try anything else even though I want to. Same price as Starbucks, so no reason to go there anymore. Just wish this place was on my way to work. Although I would be poorer in that case. Great coffee. Amazing cinnamon rolls, and delicious cheesecake. All of the staff Ive interacted with have been really nice as well.

Absolutely love this place! Great selection of pastries and other food items (both sweet and savory); the cafe has a great atmosphere thats warm and inviting; knowledgeable and friendly staff that always give grade A customer service! Huge fan of their cold brew during the summer and affogato for a sweet alternative for your espresso.

Great atmosphere. Great drinks! Breakfast menu needs significant improvement, especially because they wont let you order lunch during their breakfast time. Their quiches are tiny, expensive and bland. They should add bread and other more substantial breakfast item to their menu or make their sandwiches available during breakfast.

I love the place. Great coffee and delicious treats. However, the Wifi is absolutely horrible. I have gone on numerous occasions and have not been able to connect. I have no problem anywhere else. Ive connected once before and it was so slow. Its a great place to go and read a book or have a chat. Dont go if you need Wifi.

Good coffee, cozy atmosphere, nice size outdoor dining area with heaters. They use Browns coffee but does not seem as strong as getting it directly at Browns on Broadway. Has some nice, light options to munch on. WifI signal isnt very strong.

Best Sandwhich Ive ever had! I literally just want to walk back in and order a different one for dinner! I live in Austin so no Cüppencake there. Definitely will comeback if Im on this side of town again.

Wife and I are here every chance we get. Spacious, great music, excellent cheesecakes, and coffee. The staff are all super friendly. Love the decor and outdoor area too.
