this place is very good and reasonably priced unlike other dessert cafes. their rolled ice cream is creamy with great consistency, and ice cream does not melt quickly. I prefer this location over the plano location. worth putting on the effort to leave a review! (this is my first review, ever). they should be on yelp! richardson location isnt on yelp. small suggestion--have edited music for young listeners please. thats all :).

The place itself is ok, what I am upset about is the lack of flavor, presentation and customer service. I ordered a "key lime pie" roll ice cream and I got something with a watered down flavor topped very distastefull toppings like regular whipped cream, sprinkles and some disgusting dark chocolate Pocky sticks. Overall flavor is key, maybe try to add natural flavors and not concentrates.

Nice little dessert place near Richardson Chinatown. Located in a pretty isolated plaza but right off Greenville. Place is nice and spacious inside and the staff is friendly. Lots of dessert selections - drinks, ice cream rolls, snow ice. Prices are reasonable maybe a bit on the higher side but good quality of products. We got the snow ice and it was good and refreshing.

We ordered 5 drinks tonight and it took about 25 minutes. There were only 2 workers and the girl made all the drinks while the guy handled the shaved snow orders. Quality of teas were light in flavor, boba was overcooked that it just turns to mush when you bite into them. The staff of 2 were friendly hence the extra star.

Interior and menu variety they do a good job. Staff is hard working. However it is easy for this place to get super busy and the process of making the food doesnt seem super tight. Everyone crowds the ice cream window. If you want boba go to boba latte for a more efficient experience.

Excellent ice cream! Prices are affordable, taste is amazing and its pretty cool to see ice cream being made right in front. The ice cream itself is pretty rich, but its so delicious! I have tried three flavors: Taro, lychee, and strawberry. Lychee was by far the best.

I had high hopes for this place after the reviews but after getting a frozen $3 macaroon and getting absolutely no help from the cashiers, I dont think Ill be back. I also forgot my wallet at home and when I said that to my niece, the cashiers chuckled.

It sucks so bad. After messing up my order they just scraped the topping off and added "fresh" stuff while leaving the stuff I didnt want on it. Couldnt eat it. Waste of money for something you can buy at Walmart (vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup).

Having been to 5+ bubble tea shops in the area, I think they do the best job with cooking their boba. Incredibly soft and tasty! The shop itself is spacious, has great ambiance, and has plenty of seating. Definitely worth checking out.
