I have come to this Sonic a total of 4 or 5 times. 3 out of 5 times the customer service was terrible. The second time I requested to speak with the manager. He came out and made the situation worse. This last time took the cake. We ordered a number 14 which states on the menu is a sausage or bacon burrito. She stated with an attitude the menu doesnt say bacon. I again stated that we were looking at the menu and it has bacon. To make a long nonsense conversation short. Her attitude was horrible and we cancelled the order and went to Whataburger. Come at your own risk. I will never come to this location again. Horrible service.

Horrible service. They have yet to get an order right. The manager actually asked me if my mom had a name. He continually called me "Madame" after i asked him not to, I do not own a house of prostitution nor am I French. He was rude and incapable of listening without interrupting. He didnt get the full information about the order, i honestly dont believe he cared. Stay far away from this place.

I really did not appreciate the attitude I received when asking about a discontinued item. I had the item 2 days ago at the same sonic but appearently the person shouldnt have made it for me cause its off he menu. So I checked for clarification cause like I said I had it 2 days ago, the person on he speaker was rude vague and it honestly made me want to cancel my order.

Excellent customer service. It shows that management puts effort into hiring competent employees with customer service skills. Food is the same as other Sonics but I prefer to come here because of the customer experience. They also help do fundraising for local groups which is great to see them involved in the community.

Burgers look like they were stepped on, flat and lifeless. Orders often made wrong, have tried several times but they keep falling short. Pricing says one thing, they charge you more...Ive brought it to their attention, but they wont fix it...why should they, they make more money by stealing from unexpecting customers.

Ordered frozen lemonades got cherry liquid. Manager came out and told us that the machine is broken. If machine is broken why not tell customers before you sell the product?

I visit about three times a month. Usually its pretty good. Every now and then though, they will get the order messed up. But those kids usually try pretty hard.
