I just want to say, how disappointed I was last night. My husband stopped at the subway on 1485 and ordered 2 footlongs. As we were ordering a friend of our called and asked to order as well and I told her to call the restaurant and tell them what she wanted and I would get it for her. Well she was on the phone with one of the gentlemen there as I was paying for ours. This was at 6 pm. As customers came in, our extra order was ignored. They just kept going down the line leaving us standing waiting. Finally, at 6:30 pm one of the customers in line invited me to get in front of him and demand that our sandwich be made. This was ridiculous, 30 minutes to wait for a sandwich? Of course by that time our toasted sandwiches were cold and our nerves were shot.. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I am so glad there are other Subways going in close to us so I dont have to be treated like this again. They should be ashamed at having employees like that!!!! An not only did we see the bad service, so did the other customers in the room. Words spread fast and I hope this one does too.

Staff very unfriendly. Do not smile, do not look you in the eye do not greet you when you walk in do not tell you to come back when you leave. They even put the wrong thing on my sub and when I said that wasnt the correct item they took it off and put it back in the pile with the rest of them! After it was already on my toasted sub then finished my sub. Overall I will be driving to porter to get my subway from them. I felt like they didnt want me to be there at all.

Your co-worker vanessa castillo is very rude I walked in and she didnt even acknowledge that i was there i awkwardly said hello and she gave me a very nasty look I could tell she didnt want to attend me so i just left this is very sad because i love subway but that was the most unpleasant experience i ever had i will never come in there again and also she flirts with the customers and gives them free subs very unprofessional

I was there other time with a coworker we order a special from the cupón they send us and the lady Brenda todos us thats was not valid without explaining just acting like she was the boss, they dont know how to treat customers and at least explaining in a nice way! Because us as customers buy they get pay I guess they dont know that

Just about every time I go over there they are out of food. This time was a Wednesday and they were out of spinach. It looks like they were out of a lot of things. Last time I went they only took cash and no debit cards. Looks like a problem with management and not ordering enough food.

I live two minutes away from a subway but I rather drive 10 minutes to this location. They are absolutely professional and have the freshest ingredients. I will spread the word of this location. They need to close the subway in porter because its sucks.

This was a horrile experience the lady brenda ....hispanic looking was super rude... unprofesional doesnt know how to treat the customers and was giving ugly faces. Not coming back not a good place to buy.
