I visited with my friend and her family in July 2016. The food was amazing and had comments that the coffee was great too. The owner was a little standoffish initially but it was clear they were a small operation and maybe understaffed. Food took a little while to arrive but as it did, the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The service will most likely suffer on a busy day. There were maybe 3 occupied tables when we visited. Expectations were low before going inside but now her family cant stop recommending the place to friends and relatives.

I am SO SAD this place has closed down. It was, hands down, the best brunch in town, the atmosphere was so calm and beautiful, and the tea was totally amazing! We will miss this and hope Ruth will reopen, soon!!

Wonderful place to get breakfast or lunch at. Large hot tea selection, delicious, beautifully plated meals, and yummy sweets at a reasonable price. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Cant stop coming back!

Food is delicious. Ruth is very kind. Definitely worth your time. Dont be discouraged by the tea and biscuits vibe. Order the daily feature or something off the menu, you wont regret it.
