This store used to be good, but not anymore. I went in there and got quite a bit of things tonight. I just left from there right before 1:30AM. I had a sacker that sacked my groceries. She decides to just stand there and watch me carry out my own stuff. The sad part is that I used to work for United for almost 10yrs and was a Service Mgr. for them. When I was still with the company, I applied for this location and was told by Chris James that I wasnt good enoight for this location. Sad thing is I know better than to let a guest carry out their own merchandise. All I see at this store is management just standing around doing nothing. And I wasnt good enough for this store. Guess United/ Market Street for about Ultimate Service, Superior Performance and Positive Impact. Come on guys your Customer Service is going down the toilet.

They tried to charge my mom for the flowers I bought her on mothers day!! I order flowers for my Mother to be delivered on Mothers day, but she was in church when the delivery showed up and they didnt leave the flowers nor did they call me (the delivery instructions I left). Then when my mom called the return number, they tried to charge her for them to come back by! They also said that the flowers couldnt be picked up at the store for another 7 hours, and it would have to be the store on 19th street when I ordered them from 98th St. Market Street makes it very hard on themselves and their customers by refusing to taking delivery time recommendations, and their customer service is awful. To me this means this company is poorly managed and doesnt care about their customers.

I use the dining area of this location often to work in as do a lot of other professionals and university students. There is free wifi and a coffee bar that is stocked with every condiment you could want with free refills included with the purchase of a coffee cup. The food here is good too with lots of choices. Soft drinks also include free refills. There is also a microwave available for use if you bring your own food and several TVs to watch while you eat. The staff does an excellent job keeping everything clean as well. There are also outlets in various places both in the inside dining area and the outer enclosed patio area for charging laptops, phone, etc. Great location!

Friendly staff Great deli/bakery Peets Coffee Wines for days & a walk in beer fridge "organic" produce options Seafood is very fresh here: my favorite are the salmon fillets on cedar planks. The wood plank allows even heat distribution to cook salmon properly. There are generous selections of preseasoned meats & specialties (fresh South Texan style chorizo and Red Raider bacon) Quick checkout lanes near the flowers display The market Street app "United Market" allows you to track your rewards (when you use your phone number). This is Lubbocks most convenient market.

Best grocery stores in Texas. Wide selections, hard to find items are usually available here. Great beer selection. Great. Bulk & dried fruit section. Sugar free almonds. Awesome bakery & meat market. Fast checkout, lots cashiers & carry your groceries to the car & put them in for you. They have adobo seasoning, h.e.b. does not. Super clean & friendly. Samples offered at meat & cheese section & at their seafood section. Just the best experience I have had at a grocery store. Wish they would expand to central Texas, Waco, temple, area please.

The food service was horrible! I had a dinner plate that consisted of turkey, brown rice and asparagus. I dined in tonight, and the brown rice I ordered was hard! As if uncooked. I go back to see if there was any fresh brown rice they may have and an employee by the name " of "Adrion" said "what you see is what you get" then I was instructed to get plate and go back of the line where I was forced to pick something else out. Your cups clearly say "fresh" and I say false advertisement. So I had to get fried okra instead. Worse service ever.

I absolutely hate this location. Weve had to take our day old crappy food to go because we couldnt find a seat, more than once too. Ive seen 4 top tables taken by parties of one who bring their own food and drink. Books and mac books throughout cluttering up every damn table. Most of the staff is just going through the motions and look like they hate their job. This location is on the list of places I will never go back to. I hate Walmart with a passion and would rather shop there, or the small United. Come on HEB.

They did not give me the quantity I am prescribed. Called them to inform them that I am missing some pills and they told me they looked into it and they couldnt find an error. They need to look harder because the error is with them. I went here because they are fast and convenient and cost effective. After this experience I will not be going here again. Not sure whats happening behind their counter but I definitely did not get the quantity I needed. If you do go here make sure to count what they give you.

I tried to go through the drive-thru pharmacy 2 days ago, after my doctor faxed over a prescription for pain meds to help with the pain my fractured / sprained foot was causing me. Despite it being a single prescription, and 2 oclock in the afternoon, I was told Id have to come back. I understand they cant fill every prescription right away, but maybe when its for narcotics, and the person in the car is holding crutches, and the prescription mentions "fractured foot" etc they could make an exception.

My family and I love going to Market Street for our food. But my problem is with the pharmacy area. The pharmacy has good customer service but the way the pharmacy is being operated is not good what so ever. We will wait in line for about 20 mins and sometimes 30 mins before even getting served just to be told that it is going to be another 20 min wait for my medication when they had plenty of time to fill it. There has got to be a better way to operate the drive thru pharmacy.

Last couple of times I have been to Market Street in the afternoon Ive had to bag my own groceries and take them out myself. This time a manager was standing behind me and saw me sacking and didnt offer any help. There was a sacker who walked passed us while I was putting my groceries in my car and she didnt even offer to take the basket back inside she looked at me and kept walking. They need more staff and to work on there costumer service skills.

I am actually an employee for Market Street and would like everyone to know how much my United family helped me through the loss of several loved ones. I was able to spend the time that i needed and the support from my management, co-workers, and guest who cared for me during this hard time there is no way i could ever thank you. This is not only a great place to shop but also a place where people care about each other. I would be forever grateful.
