For the passed 30 years have always bought my kids, grandkids, mother, etc.. birthday cakes, and also bought wedding cakes, anniversary cakes at Casa Linda Bakery. My kids knew they didnt have to ask me what kind of birthday cake I wanted for my birthday because it was always Casa Linda white cake with butter cream icing. WHAT HAVE THE NEW OWNERS DONE TO THIS BAKERY! The cakes are dry and the delicious butter cream icing they used to have is no longer edible. The first cake I bought after the bakery was sold was so dry my guess even said something about it. I called the next day and told them about it. Ive tried them again a couple of more times and each time was worse than the time before. Its not just the cakes that have changed for the worse its the cookies, cupcakes, pies, everything. Im so very disappointed with what the new owners have done to this landmark bakery. It use to be the best place to go for any bakery item and now its the worse.

So pleasantly surprised with our babys first birthday cakes. I got into a pickle with not having the cakes ordered 10 days out from the 1st birthday party. Casa Linda Bakery said they could accommodate, no problem. Was able to also accommodate my Bear shaped cake request and matched our invitations perfectly. Very reasonably priced compared to every other bakery. Surprised at the quality of the design and was again surprised with how good the marble cake was! It was a crowd pleaser.

Ive been getting cakes from Casa Linda Bakery since I was a little girl. Each and every birthday, even my wedding cake, my childrens birthday cakes and so on. I swear by this bakery. The recipes taste the same today as they did when I was a little girl. The lemon thumbprint cookies are my favorite and the classic white cake with buttercream icing is second to none. A little taste of heaven, Ive never been disappointed.

$4.00 a cookie most people would think youre crazy to pay that price. But youd pay that much for a slice of cake, so why not a huge and scrumptious Casey Linda Bakery? Ive tried all 4 of their cookies and theyre pretty good. If youre looking for a homey fluffy cookie the size of your fist with quality ingredients, this is your place. My boyfriend and I trek all the way to the Upper West Side just to grab a bite!

Went today at the Frisco location and was very disappointed. I was told the order is goind to be done in 20 min, but 35 min later I had to leave with no order ready due to a piano lesson for my daughter. Ordered a coffee anericano, got charged instead for late. I hope they will do better in a future, but for now very disorganized.

Was charged with providing breakfast for my department at work. I read good things about your bakery and figured to give you a try. Good job to all. The cakes and pastries were a big big hit. Kudos to you for providing such a wonderful product.

Got a refund. All the 9 dozen cookies i got were hard as a rock. Stale and Old but passed off as fresh. The asian owners that bought this great bakery are slowly running it into the ground Go to Donuts by George. They are ALWAYS FRESH !

Love this place. Been going for years. Everything is fresh and special. Staff is always polite. Coffee cake is large and the price us reasonable. I recommend the Mound Cake and really everything they make is recommended.

I went to the garland area and I absolutely loved it. They were nice to us and we loved the birthday cake they did for my sister. Beautiful and very good cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. Definatly give them a visit.

Ive used the village bakery for my sons 1st and 2nd Birthday. They always execute the cakes just how I envision them, all the guest always ask "where is this cake from, its so good" I would recommend them!!
