Ill start off by saying that our server and the bread were the only good things about our trip to this restaurant. It went south first by the hour wait at Roadhouse. We decided to give Outback a try. It was the 4 of us and we got right in with no issue which had me Leary. We ordered a blooming onion and it was downright terrible. It was fried in old grease, it was dark dark brown like the bread they serve. The onion wasnt even battered all the way. The kids seemed to like their meals ok. My mashed potatoes were cold and flavorless. The pork porterhouse was tough as boot leather. Our teas were watered down. It was just awful and then we got the bill.... $75 for bullshit. No way in the world will we be back.

In my work I travel non-stop and eat at a lot of Outbacks. I have eaten at this particular Outback three times as the choices are few in Longview, but I will not go back. Rather eat at a Waffle House. The management is unprofessional and hyped up on something other than caffeine. Watched a manager berate a waiter, our waiter, in front of our table at the top of his lungs. The waiter was the only good thing we had. Our steaks were dreadful quality, my tuna was old and black, should be rare, and our wine was short poured. The Nutter Butter dessert was melted mush, should I go on? As a previous restaurant owner of several units I am appalled. Outback should shut this location.

The food was top notch...prepared properly, hot and fresh, timely. These things are to be expected from Outback, that is why they have had longevity in the industry. Our server, while sweet and outgoing was lacking organization and was not as attentive as you would expect. Once our main course was served, my drink glass was empty...and remaininged empty for the next 27 mins. This was not the only issue, but the most glaring. This is the first and only time this has happened, so we will be back. It was a little upsetting though, it was our 10th anniversary and would have liked more out of the visit...

Unfortunately, this was the first Outback experience Ive been disappointed by. Everything but the steak was good. The one thing I always expect from a steakhouse is quality steak. The ribeye I got was a cheap cut of meat with little to no marbling and lots of connective tissue which had to be meticulously removed, reminiscent of a sirloin from Texas Roadhouse. The perfectly subtle dry seasoning and wood fire flavor that I usually love from Outback appears to have been replaced with what tasted like straight liquid smoke. Disappointing that the steak wasnt the star of the meal.

I always liked the Outback Steak House. But this location is full of high school kids trying to make a buck. I never received my salad, I had to ask for the bread, I ordered medium Sirloin 11oz. The steak was rear and raw! I ordered shrimps with it, I had to remind the waitress after the steak was brought out. And the steak was cold! Bad quality of food and service. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

Okay so my little sister is allergic to gluten & nothing on their menu is marked with what is gluten free friendly. The food took a while to come to our table & it was just really mediocre. Like it was good but not great at all. Such small portions too. Left kinda hungry..the Outback choice sirloin was the size of my palm it wasnt really worth the price either... Mediocre food.

Steaks are tuff and very small barely give you shrimp, waitresses dont keep your drinks fill and want remove access dishes from the table unless you ask! And strawberry lemonade is sour no sweetness! Texas Roadhouse from now on! And the manager didnt talk to all the customers just certain ones! I guess only the people he new! Waitresses know how to earn tips!

Though the servers are nice, I have yet to actually get a correctly done order or steak from this place. Order medium, and get anywhere from rare to medium well. Food is decently good, but not worth it for the price. You would be much better served heading down to Texas Roadhouse just down the road. Cheaper prices and better food.

It was a very slow night when we went to the Outback. It took 30 mins to get my daughters milk shake. It took a hour to get our appetizer. When we did get it what cheese was on it was burned. It took a hour and a half to get our meal two burgers and one stake. This was the first time I had eaten here and I wont be going back.

Horrible outback steakhouse I have ever been to, we were seated and waited 30 minutes, we even threw coasters on the floor hoping we would get noticed, to our suprise the employees just looked at the coasters and kept walking, so we left. We are currently enjoying a nice meal at the olive garden with speedy service.

was on a date, and both of our food came our wrong. ordered my steak medium ended up coming out rare. i told them to take it back to cook medium and it came our well... and the girl i was with, her food came our under cooked. servers were nice but i dont think it was worth the money spent..

I enjoy Outback every time I go there. I love all the food (cause Ive tried most of it), and the staff is always accommodating. If I ever even have the slightest issue a manager comes by. My friends and family recommend this place all the time. Try the lamb with a glass of cabernet.

My Longview Outback experience was super! The wait staff were very friendly and courteous and quick to serve. Our waitress, in particular was very responsive. The restaurant is very clean and attractive. Finally, the food was very good! Thanks for a great experience!

Steak was amazing but a little spicy. I really love the renovations that were done recently. The service has gotten alot better than it used to be. Highly recommend if youre looking for a flavorful steak.

Took over an hour to get our steaks and when received it was the wrong stuff. They corrected the error very quick but the steaks were cold. Wasnt busy at all. Shouldve spent 60 bucks elsewhere.

Outback Steakhouse is one of me and my familys favorite restaurants. You can get not only steaks, but plenty of other choices. I like their low-calorie salads. I also like the steaks.

Great food and better service. The only reason for not giving five stars is the steaks are a little under cooked. But you will learn to order them more done then you usually order.
