First off, I love hole-in-the-wall joints such as this one which I totally forgot about once I moved away to Chicago back on 2006. Back in Houston for over 2 years now, I decided to hit up this joint over the weekend. I ordered a combo plate (general chicken & sweet and sour pork), cheese puffs and a combination fried rice - EVERYTHING was delicious!! I like how the general chicken is crispy and covered in the garlic tangy sauce! The fried rice was delicious and the portions are pretty good as well. The only thing keeping me away from giving this joint 5 stars, its the fact they serve canned drinks and with that you get no free refills. Definitely going back!! Its cheap too!

This is our families favorite resturant, we come all the way from Greenspoint, we just love this chinese food, the very best,the food is always hot,always fresh,and always plenty on your plate. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I cant get enough of this places food. These are New Owners they came from the North of Houston and we couldnt wait for them to open up again. We followed them all the way to this side of town. The staff is always very friendly. They always have very good prices. 4/17/2017.

I love this place. The food is always hot and fresh and so delicious. The chicken is very soft and not hard like some places. They serve a very good amount of food that can feed up to 3 or 4 people for a very decent price. The only thing I do not like is the sweet and sour sauce. I suppose they changed either owners or the recipe.. but i prefer the old version of the sauce. other than that, I LOVE this Chinese place :) I always order the sesame chicken. its tha bomb! and the general tsao chicken is really good too!

This place is excellent. The General Tsos chicken is fresh and crispy and smothered in sauce that is sweet, tangy, rich and flavorful. I try Chinese food all over town and I am usually disappointed and never return but this one is so good I am having it two days in a row for lunch. Its an old building but it appears to be clean and I saw the ladies come out and wipe things down repeatedly while I was there. Also service is with a big genuine smile.

Went here a few days ago, food was undercooked and gross I took it back into them. I would never suggest stopping here, search else where.
