Completely disappointed at the whole experience from the waitress to the food. But more than anything, I am upset with the waitress. The moment the waitress came to our table she gave us a real bad feeling. She was in a rush always to take our order, she was very pushy to pump up the ticket, and she actually made a rude comment. The nachos were cold with very little cheese, the fries were mediocre, and the onion rings were fantastic.The hostess was not professional. I get a better greeting from the old lady at wal-mart on the way out. I have been to many hard rocks and this is the worst. If I could pick TGIF Fridays or Hard Rock in Houston, Fridays puts Hard Rock to shame. Even their bar looked kind of empty and pathetic. To make a long story short the Hard Rock Houston, Is NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT, THERE OPERATION IS LIKE A "CHILIS "WITH THE HARD ROCK NAME and fancy location. Id rather go to chilis

Was told by the hostess we could have a seat anywhere in the bar area. After visiting the restroom, which had vomit in the urinal, I returned to my seat. After waiting 10 minutes without service, I returned to the hostess station and asked if anyone would be waiting on us. The hostess then informed me the one table we chose in the bar area was actually "closed sir". Imagine if one of the many employees that passed our table had actually stopped to tell us that the infamous seating choice was devoid of service. A no go area so to speak. Perhaps it was because it was so close to the vomit filled restroom and the foul odor coming from within. Nonetheless, no manager or hostess or waiter really cared. We left.....never to return.

I came for a friends birthday and our waiter was kind of nice but definitely not the most intelligent of all people. It took me 5 minutes to explain my order (I literally subbed something that says "sub this" on the item) and then he still brought the wrong thing. The pulled pork sandwich literally looked like a sloppy joe or something a 5 year old would like. It was a puck covered in BBQ sauce, not shredded meat. There were NO toppings like the pictures show (tried to show my roommate the disappointment via google images but theyre all pictures of what pulled pork SHOULD be). The service was slow even though nobody else was there. I spent $30 on a disgusting meal built for a 5 year old and looked like it was built by a 5 year old.

La verdad lugar tradicional la bebida buena ,pero La comida fatal nunca recomendare este lugar,el guacamole pasado ya casi negro,la verdura nada fresca,la fajita horrible casi casi a punto de hecharse a perder con un sabor y olor a descomposicion y ademas no era fajita, era cualquier cosa menos fajita, un total fraude, hooooorrrrriiiiibbbbblllllleeeee.

Food was really good but I was upset because girl took my card to pay in kitchen (even if it normal for America). I would like what personal do with my card and watching payment. So when I tried say nicely about that girl was little rude even when I said again that I didnt try to be rude and Im sorry if I offended her somehow, she still was rude to me and said it is USA and she has been working there year... So I would like to here something like Im sorry that we have system like that and I will tell my manager or someone about your wish like a customer. But food was really good and before that situation I was happy about everything there.

Awful service, took an hour and a half for a salad !!!!! Our waitress was incapable of getting our drinks right, and they were all watered down , when the salad finally came there was GLASS in it and my daughter cut her mouth open!!!!! The manager came out and didnt even apologize and acted like its happened before! He brought out another salad and expected my daughter , who was now Afraid of eating here, to eat it, AND he didnt even take it off our bill , and he offered a cookie as apology to my daughter. I am very upset , the food sucked and the service sucked and the manager sucked. They dont even deserve 1 star

We sat in the booth with my favorite ALICE COOPER over looking our table. Had a blast the Monday night. Great place to eat and see all of your possible favorites on the walls. The food was great. After dinner we had walked through checking out the photos and even read a hand written letter from John Lennon in 1964. Jimi Hendricks Gutitar - Janis Joplins vest. The waitress had gave me a gitaur pin for my first visit, what a sweetheart too. Good Food , Good Service , Great music, what else can a person ask for?.... MORE! This is our first visit to Hard Rock Cafe and "Well be back!"

After waiting 20 minutes for a table, hostesses left us lingering at station after calling us for seating so they could converse with another employee and manager. Finally seated us two tables from "stage" which had an extremely loud and awful cover band. There was no way we could have heard each other talk. We politely declined the table and had a quiet and lovely evening at a neighboring Italian restaurant instead (noticed the people behind us at Hard Rock also opted for the same). Ive been to several Hard Rock Cafe locations, I dont expect much... this was the worst by far.

Skip this if you are looking for anything even resembling value. Unless you have an interest in the memorabilia there are better choices. The food was good and the service was good but the prices that they charge for average food is insane. Close your eyes and plug your ears and you would think that you were eating at Applebees but youll pay double. My son and I ate here, each with an entree, one soft drink and an appetizer and with tip it was nearly $80. No way was it an $80 meal. Ill find something else next time.

The last time we visited on a wenesday and we were really disappointed. The place was hot. It seems they had air conditioning problems The gentleman that took the order was all sweat and smell bad. The beer was hot and I didnt like the food. I dont know what happened to this place it used to be good. Sorry but I love to visit these restaurants in all the cities and this is my fourth time i have been there and seems was not a good day. I do recommend get better waitress cleanness is important on these jobs.

I travel a lot and whenever I have the chance to visit a HardRockCafe, I will do it. This time I went to Houston TX. Good food, nice and friendly staff makes a good atmosphere there. I showed my Reward pass at the entrance and got fresh made nachos chips with salsa as a welcome. All the staff members took care I could place an order to any staff member and I good it right away. There was no recognized waiting time for food. I have also to say, the restrooms are well maintained and clean.

I dropped my girlfriend off at work last week while she was on her period. Before going in, she inserted a tampon then wiped the discharge from her fingers on her leg. Gross! Beware of HRC Houston servers, there are more than a few who would probably laugh at this. Considering what Ive heard, I refuse to eat their food. You dont have to take my word for it, but youre better off elsewhere. I like the signed sheet Acid by Timothy Leary on display I dislike just about everything else.
