We came here on a Sunday for brunch/lunch. The place is in a strip mall which does not look that nice but the restaurant inside is very nice. We wanted to order quiches but they were out so we ordered sandwiches. My wife is vegetarian so we ordered the buffalo mozzarella sandwich and I ordered the tandoori salmon sandwich. My wife also ordered some kind of specialty coffee. Buffalo Mozzarella Sandwich - Wife and I didnt like it. It lacked a lot of flavor. The bread was also very hard to eat. Salmon Tandoori Sandwich - Was decent 3/5 Coffee - My wife really enjoyed the coffee Both sandwiches came with chips and salad. The chips were regular probably from a bag and the salad was very uninspired. Looks like form other photos that we got lettuce instead of spring mix/arugula. I think all the sandwiches are premade and taste that way. Overall we would not come back but looking at the other reviews the real stars here are the pastries. If I do come back and try them I will update my review. I think 30+ dollars for two sandwich combos and a coffee is steep.

We didnt arrive til just after 3 pm yesterday, and the selections were limited. Even though there were at least 6 people, who appeared to be employees, including "The French Cowboy", no food, other than that displayed, could be ordered. The ham sandwich and piece of flour-less chocolate cake we ordered were both excellent. We tried to order a crepe, but no luck, since no one was cooking anything. Mind you, they are open until 6 pm. There were so tarts, cream puffs, eclairs; just 2 slices of the cake we ordered. I fear they will not survive long if they continue this way. That would be a shame, because they have great potential. Its early days still, but to turn a profit, they need to pick up the pace, or cut their hours. Their extended hours gave them an advantage over the 2 French cafes nearby, and both have more extensive menus. Definitely check them out before 3 pm. We certainly will.

Hidden away in the corner of a Westminster strip mall is Flo, a reminder of what is charming about French food. It is not the fabulous ten course gourmet dinner in a Michelin three star restaurant. It is the simple daily subsistence fare for us normal folk. Crusty baguettes, onion soup with far too much cheese melting over the sides of the bowl, crisp and tasty salads and the beautiful pastries. This relatively new French bakery produces some delicious looking eye candy. I was too full after the onion soup and sharing a crepe to even consider a pastry desert, but I pledged to return. This is sort of a cafeteria line. They have a printed menu but that doesnt include most of their daily offerings. The sandwiches on crusty baguettes looked super and I will try one next visit. The service is friendly and welcoming. It seems to becoming popular in the neighbourhood and I wish it success.

I am so glad I found this bakery/cafe it isa real treat! The aroma of fresh pastries hit me as soon as I walked into the door. I ordered 2 breakfast items as well as a side of bacon and 3 different pastries. My order came out to $43 which isnt bad at all! My croissant benedict with spinach and salmon was delicious! The croissant was nice and flaky on the outside and soft and buttery on the inside. I dont even like croissants or eat them often but this was real yummy! I had the red velvet cake, Exotic passion fruit cake and a Strawberry Chantilly. All delicious I couldnt even finish them all unfortunately. Each pastry was around $5 or $6 each which isnt bad at all. This is one of my new favorite places I am super happy I stumbled upon this place, I will definitely be back. Great service, helpful employees and delicious food! They got a new fan & customer!

I really love everything about this place. Chic little cafe that really embodies the feel of Paris. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The pastries are really upscale, not a lot of bakeries can get the french touch right but this place really does. I have had too many of their desserts to pick a favorite! The coffee is way better than my usual Starbucks I even go out of my way to grab a cappuccino to go before work. The crepes are light and stuffed just enough, I just wish they added some extra sauce to the one I ate (salmon gravlax) and Ive also had their Filet Mignon sandwich which was so filling and the quality of the meat was superb. I definitely recommend this place and keep going back for more! :D The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is sometimes they run out of things that I really want.

If youre not that into desserts but find yourself here for whatever reasons, get the Salmon Sandwich. Its literally a giant piece of baguette with a large piece of salmon in the middle. Its pre-made and when you buy it, they press it down flat for you so it would fit into your mouth. Its huge and its guaranteed to take a while to finish. Great way to pass time! =) But in all seriousness, the salmon sandwich was actually pretty good, thought it was quite expensive. I would also suggest trying one of their savory crepes. Their crepes are on the thicker side, which actually make the dish feel more like an entree instead of a dessert. The interior is very modern but seating is limited so be ready to wait for a table. You can sit outside too, but its facing the parking lot.

Very French, obviously, so the best part was their bread and pastries, obviously. It had what I was expecting, a bunch of beautiful things behind glass and they tasted equally impressive. I recommend splitting something, their sandwiches are quite large! But one must try a dessert from here at least, or just come here for dessert alone would be worth it! Very modern look, clean, spacious floor. My only knock was there was nothing terribly new aside from their twists on desserts, so not the best place when you feel adventurous. But thats a good thing to focus on, making the staples just right, because even their side salad leaves stood out for their quality. Just wished I saw something that jumped out at me from the menu...

came here close to 4 pm on a friday the counter was pretty much empty. Ive literally seen better pastry selection in soviet Russia, not kidding. There were 3 left of some chocolate dessert, some were completely out, and only 1 pastry left each of about 5 flavors and just 1 little quiche. The place was empty with 1 customer checking out, the lady behind the counter ignored me for quite a while talking to the boss and just walk around the back doing nothing before taking my order. Tray of macarons had no flavors or price listed. Very poor selection and lack of service, had to go to another shop. I wish I had my phone to take a photo, the selection was barely 1/10th of whats in all the other pictures here on Google

This is a well kept café its a peaceful place to be and meet up with company for a morning conversation. But if Black beware the own owner calls the cops on U himself for no reason @ all to make u look soo low.Im guessing my color wasnt allowed the way he laughed at the image he gave Me to look as.It was embarrassing to explain myself to the officers that Ive never meant no harm I was just meeting a Friend like any other human being. But little do he know I work right around the corner. And those same cops came to dine an seen Me. The black officer apologized for the incident but nothing can bring back my pride of Freedom.Nothing,Rice Village need to get over the image thing we are here and stronger than ever.
