I was so excited when this place opened. I thought the first few times of disorganized service was just the "opening kinks". But service continues to be bad, including two visits last week. With only me and another person waiting, nobody noticed us or knew to take our order. Someone started, then another jumped in. I paid at the end of the line and they took another 5 minutes for that, and had the person behind us pay first. So from door to pay, was 10 minutes (Ive waited less time at other locations during the morning rush). Then they got the order wrong (didnt toast either bagels and the sandwich meal lacked chips). They didnt give me the two drink cups and when I went to ask for them, she finished another order, then said "wait a minute" then walked away from the counter. I just needed her to hand me the cups. You can tell these employees are unmotivated, mismanaged and resultingly apathetic to the customer or service. As we were eating, we could see others after us getting frustrated and going back to the counter. Before we left, I went to the counter and said, is there a manager or team lead I could talk to because so much was wrong. She just stared at me, kind of looked around, and then went to another person. It was a weak, shy will of a clueless employee to even find a manager. So this is really sad. I love Einsteins and have been to many in various states, almost all top notch service and efficiency. This franchisee is going to lose their investment by lack of return business and Einsteins will suffer if they dont do something about this location. Its in Frisco of all places, a haven of success if it is managed well. Though I live a few minutes from this location, if this doesnt change, I actually may drive down to the Plano one again, just because its such a better experience.

I was on my way to take my kids to a play date. We stopped here at einsteins for a quick to go bagel. We went through the drive through and everything seemed ok. I arrived to our play date and my daughters bagel was completely wrong. When I called the manager/supervisor (Seema) I explained my situation and what had happened. YOU WILL DIE AT HER RESPONSE. "What did you order?" She asked me. I responded with my order and she said "well I sat right there and watched them make it so it cant be wrong". In utter shock I mumbled "WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO SEND YOU A PICTURE?!" She then proceeded to say very rudely "okay well you can come back and well remake it". Now this statement came AFTER I explained to her what happened but that I wouldnt be able to come back today. So I again told her I cannot come back. She then says "well what do you want me to do about it then?" REALLY? I want your supervisors name then please was all I could say without blowing a gasgit. She then said "Im the manager and supervisor." I said oh no, you have a boss trust me. Please give me their name and phone number. And literally she hung up on me! So if anyone knows the owner of this embarrassing place they call a business, please let me know. Thank you.

I keep thinking that they were just having problems because they just opened... so since my love for Einstein bagels is strong I continued to come back.... maybe if you order everything right off the menu they get it right! But if you order anything special order forget about it... They have screwed it up... and if you are ordering more than one special order they are all screwed up then you take back to them to fix it and they still mess it up!! This has happened on multiple occasions. I always repeat my order here several times and ask them every so nicely to repeat it back to me they get it they just cant follow through!! And they have so many employees I have never been to an Einsteins with so many people working it... They still can not get it!!!! You want your bagel toasted its microwaved...I am now driving to Plano again like I was before this one opened. I know I will be tempted and return because it is right around the corner from my house. Maybe one of these times they will get my complicated toasted bagel order correct!!!

I spent several hours and many calls between the catering team and the location itself to make sure our request to have the muffins and pastries cut in half and wrapped individually. I was assured this was not a problem at all, well needless to say that did not happen at all and furthermore our order was 45 minutes late the people at the location were very rude and did not seem to care one bit we arrived early for our designated delivery time only to wait for 45 minutes for delivery. I will never use this company again for any catering needs, in fact I did not want to use this location due to its poor ratings but was assured they would be able to accommodate our request and they were the only location that could deliver to us. It is very unfortunate and disappointing.

The Food is always great, never had a problem with the order being correct, but the service is lacking with the exception of one employee. The remaining 15 are about as dull as you get. Between those emotionless faces and the REALLY lame music, the atmosphere is almost a beating except when Saad (sp?) is working. The coffee is good, and bottomless, and this is the type of place that I have often spent hours upon end, sipping coffee, enjoying toasted bagels (without "shmear"), and working away on their WiFi. My only other complaint is that they often dont realize how uncomfortably cold the dining room gets, nor do they seem to care. I think it is a secret ploy to get free-loaders like me out and make room for more paying customers.

Well to be honest- with all the mediocre reviews here I was a bit leery but I had a big team I owed breakfast too at the office and logistically this place made the most sense. Still, I was worried. However it turned out to be a very positive experience. Seema was working the counter and when I explained the size of the order she jumped right in and started expediting and helping me select spreads, etc. She got me rung up and had someone help carry the order to my car. Total time in and out 5 mins and I fed 40 people! Hooray! Since I am still alive to write this the team was happy with the food too! ;)

Placed order online for work meeting to be delivered between 8:15-8:30. When it was still not here at 8:45 I tried calling store multiple times and the phone rang and rang over and over without anyone picking up and eventually a loud noise just screams at you on the line until you hang up. I ended up having to call the corporate 1-800 line and it took another 10 mins of me on hold with them to track down the store manager and confirm the order was on its way. Around 9:10 the order finally arrived, the deliver driver was nice but half the order was wrong. NEVER ordering from this location again.

Worst experience ever! It was Fathers Day and the service was absolutely terrible from the lady at the register. The lady argued with my husband for taking food back in which they gave us the wrong cream cheese but they also executed the order wrong. Then when he went back to order something else for my son and got to the register she said "now what do you want". I cant believe this person works here - darn shame. If I was the owner or manager I would fire her. We will never go back and I hope all of Frisco reads this review to ban this location until she is gone.
