The service provided in this restaurant was pretty much the worst I have ever experienced. The waitress spilled the drink on our table and didnt apologize for it. The refills were late, some of them never came. I felt like I was bothering the waitress when asking to refill my drink. It became really annoying when the waitress kept asking how many more people were coming to join our party. After about five or six times, the manager showed up and asked us the same question. I had to let him know that instead of refilling our drinks and servings, we were asked numerous times how many people were coming. He apologized and after this incident,the waitress was no longer serving our table, and some other server took over. However, he showed up with the bill and fortune cookies when we still were working on our food. I told him that we are not ready to leave yet. He came back in 15 minutes and asked us again if it was OK to leave the bill and cookies. He added that we should not be telling the manager that he was our server (we were never pointing on him, by the way),and someone might be fired because of our complaint. Now, why do I have to spend the rest of my Friday night feeling guilty that someone has been punished because of me??? I have never had high expectations for this place anyway but on this particular night, customer service was absolutely horrendous.

I usually go here, look at a menu, and order food to go. I went tonight and was told that this process no longer exists. I was told they no longer have menus and no longer offer the service Ive been accustomed to. It seemed very odd to me and the waitress admitted that she had just started working there. So, I asked to speak to the manager so I could have a definite answer of how things have changed since I was last there (about a month ago). The manager wouldnt come talk to me because he was eating at a table about ten feet away from me. The waitress became increasingly hostile as I asked simple questions about how I could achieve my dining goals under their new system. I ended up leaving without eating after being treated as if I were being a burden. So, this review is for the piss-poor service I got tonight. Its time you do an assessment on how youre treating your customers, Management. If youre happy with how things are, then dont change a thing. However, upon conducting your assessment, Im confident youll find room for immediately needed growth.

The managment thinks the customers owes them for their service. Also if you show a miltary ID, show them first. They have a cow when you go and pay and then ask for your discount. You also need to show them....they wont believe you. I know they must get upset with all the rude mexican people from Juarez. THEY think they can do whatever they want, especially their kids. The food is not bad for a buffet. The service is okay...not the best. I go about once every two months in hope of better service. It is hit and miss....mostly miss. I go because my dad does like it and near to his home.

Not the worst nor best place. Felt the staff was friendly. Depending on your server...some are on top of it and others. Arent as fast. Food is like any other grand buffet. If people have complained about food freshness...check the def. Of buffet before criticizing! Lol the food sits on hot water heated by gel! What happens when you leave food out in general!? Anyways, hubs and I enjoyed it! Price is a bit high but then and again, this is El Paso... food is hard to ship here since I dont know one person that would trip here unless there was a family member important enough!

Every time my family and I go, something else is nastier than the last. Last time the noodles were nasty, cold and dry while the sushi was on point. This time noodles were great Mangolian bar had raw going bad pork... Shrimp on the sushi was mishandled and smelt like dirty molding towels. Gross. I was kinda disgusted tbh as well as my girlfriend. Oh and another thing...ice cream dispenser. Was replaced with tubs of ice cream like from 41 flavors and then while attempting to get the scoop; it looked like it had been in the same water all day long.

Floors were disgusting, the establishment as a whole was dirty in appearance. The food was average, crab rangoons and egg rolls were great but in the same breath its pretty hard to screw them up. Overall experience was unpleasant, my wife nearly vomitted after eating the sushi and I was most certainly not impressed. Both of our stomachs were torn up afterwards and felt very sick. To top it off, I paid $30 and change for two people for food that was beyond subpar. Do not waste your money, time or appetite here.

Not a very friendly staff. Our waitress acted like serving us was a chore, especially when we chose to drink water instead of soda. Like its any of her business. When we asked for the crab cracker she just waved her hand in the direction of the buffet, but a couple in front of us who came in after us went to get crab, and the same waitress walked over and handed them some. After that, plus the price, not worth a return. On the plus side, I did like the sushi.

I have been there a several of times and I would recommend it to someone before today, I was there eating and the waitresses were staring at me and a couple of friends the entire time we were there. Then we got up to go get more food and they cleaned our table like if we had left, and we were not done eating. We didnt pay to see a waitress staring at us while we were eating.. Last Time I Go There!

Loads of different Chinese dishes but, as a traveler & Chinese food lover I find thos dishes not testy at all! (though it got good reviews & comments by some people. But, I wonder why! sorry folks. no offenses to your test buds.) Also the asian waitress was so rude & lazy to clean table & refilling drinks. Total wastage of my money & time after 6 hours of driving!

They make you pay and TIP first! Then they write your tip on the slip that goes to your waiter or waitress! How backwards is that? Where I come from, a tip is something a server earns through your dinning experience. I wouldnt go here again, the wait staff is very nice, the food is good, but the management is awful and they dont deserve any business.

This was the first chinese buffet I went to once I moved to El Paso a little over a month ago. Selection was good. Food was delicious. Was Crowded. Place was a not super clean, but not extremely dirty either. My husband and I will go back for sure. Just wish they had more of a sushi selection. They had like 6 types...if that lol.

Horrible service I got charge for my 1 year son that still narcing thats the policy that said the lady never pick up the plates from the table so by the end of the dinner we had 7 plates on the table and on the buffet area I saw a huge roach definitely not coming back to this gross place
