My kids and I went to try out their new mint pie. Upon arrival, it was very, very hot inside. I realize that the freezers produce heat but the heat was almost unbearable. Our ice cream melted rather quickly. It mightve been a better idea to have sat outside on the curb instead. The lady behind the counter was nice though.

We are here at Baskin Robbins Leif had excellent customer service skills!!! He is here serving many people and he is alone and he is Super patient and nice! Thank you! So Glad you guys got rid of the Rude guy Gary!!! I will be back more often he made the atmosphere so uncomfortable!

Dirty, time consuming and the staff is daft. Took 30+ minutes to get 4 milkshakes made and by the time she finished the 4th the 1st had melted. A long line accrued behind the counter as the fumbled around behind the counter (there was a line when i first got there.

Took my little girls for ice cream and the young lady helping us was more than patient with my girls deciding on a flavor. I had no idea about any offers but she was also quick to charge me that days special price to save me a little extra.
