Needed a delivery for 7 dozen bundtinis for a company party and they gave me a six hour window of delivery time. Were very very rude and unwilling to work with me. They did not care to have our business and made me feel very unwelcome. I went with another Store who was more than happy to work with my schedule.

HONEST TO GOD!! IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EATING A VELVET CAKE FROM NBC. BUT THIS TIME I GOT A PIECE OF LATEX GLOVE ON MY CAKEEEE. MIXED WITH FROSTING!! PLAIN NASTY. I WILL GO PERSONALLY TOMORROW TO THE GARLAND LOCATION!!

Better than my Moms bundt cake! I love the lemon and the chocolate - though seasonal flavors are fun too. If I could die and come back as a dessert, it would be a chocolate Nothing Bundt Cake. :D

Nice, friendly staff. Got in and out quickly. Went around 4pm, wasnt crowed at all. The cakes are pretty and tasty. I ordered a red velvet bundtlet.
