A HUGE waste of time and money! ...My fiancée really wanted to try this place out and we were very sorry we did. The "dining room" is about the size of a small bedroom, the service was terrible. The sodas were poured from cans (we could hear them being opened from behind the counter) and the prices were high for what they served. First they were out of half the items on the menu, the Gyro tasted decent... I think. It was hard to tell because it was swimming in so much sauce. I was literally having to swallow the sauce before I could even attempt to chew and swallow the meat and bread! We got no refills on drinks until we were ready for the check, despite the two serves and owner passing our table a dozen times. The order of sweet potato fries came at least 10min. after the Gyro and they were disgusting. Store bought and freezer burned, they were completely tasteless and smelled like theyd been in an open bag in the back of a freezer for weeks. I would have walked out had my fiancée not been with me. To add insult to injury the whole thing cost me $25. I could have gone to a taco stand in the ghetto and gotten better tasting food in bigger portions for a fraction of the price! STAY AWAY!

This place was just ok, nothing Im going to be craving in the future. The young lady that served us was very kind. The food we had tasted pretty good but there were lots of issues. First the portions were very small. For example, she brought us one piece of pita bread for a table of four. The hummus was far too course and oily and a very small scope for the price. The "large" salad was about the size of a typical side salad and was way too off balance with red onions. The chicken gyro my daughter was way over cooked. I tried a piece of the chicken and it was like leather. The place was quaint but very small and a bit junky, especially behind the counter and into the kitchen. While we were there the ice machine went off and it sounded like a train coming through the building. Just not a place that I would return to.

Very disappointing... I had been meaning to try this place, since I moved into the neighborhood. I finally booked a dinner there with 6 friends, even giving our orders a day ahead of time so that they wouldnt run out of what we wanted. I was very disappointed with the service and not too impressed with the food. It was okay and edible, but not at the home made caliber I was expecting. The service was very slow and inaccurate. I alerted the waitress to a dead cockroach near our table several times and she never got anyone to remove it. None of us will every go there again. the owner brought over a complimentary bottle of red wine, but only 2 of or party of 7 drink alcohol.

I loved the food here previously, but recent visits have proven to be an exercise in bad service. The older gentleman serving us wears soiled pants that make me (and I am not a spoiled brat and dont require everything to be spotless) gag. There is food on the floor that must have been here since yesterday from the looks of things. Good food, really bad service and hygiene.

This is strictly a take out place. The atmosphere and service are avoidable, but the food is quite excellent. Physically, it is likely one of the uglier restaurants around--bright florescent lighting with all the charm of a police station, but if you pick up your food, and eat elsewhere. It is well worth it. My particular favorite is the stuffed grape leaves--delicious!

Hands down one of the best food experiences we have had as a family in the bishop arts district to date. Friendly and fast, food was amazing. I highly suggest the greek fried and baklava cheesecake. I never never had such a tasty decadent dessert. Go try it. You will be hooked. It will certainly be a lunch favorite from now on.

A small, family owned hole in the wall. Youll notice the intense Greek blue, but the magic is in the food. To this day, they make the best gyro sandwich Ive ever had! So yeah... get yourself a gyro and some pastries afterwards. Very welcoming family, so be nice to them!

Its a small and cozy place, the service was nice, the prices are pretty reasonable, but I wasnt the happiest about what I got to eat there. My veggie gyro kept falling apart and the bread had more flavor and consistently than what was in it.
