Horrible customer service and dirty! I wish I could give them a -5 star rating. My husband waited at the counter for 20-30 minutes to order ice cream and no one was in line infront of him. No one greeted him or took his order. The few employees there were too busy socializing. The place was so dirty and gross. I heard an employee yell at another employee that both trash cans needed to be changed, a bathroom needed to be cleaned, there was no ice in the drink machine, etc... and they just laughed. A customer asked if his tacos were ready and the employee yelled in the back to check on it and they said they hadnt even started on it and both laughed. They had to ask him again what he ordered and look at his receipt. Meanwhile employees were walking around and laughing and no one had taken my husbands order. He had to ask if anyone was working the front counter to which she responded "no, no one works here." I suggested we leave but he was frustrated and wanted the ice cream that we had waited for. When he ordered 2 strawberry blizzards she said they didnt have strawberry so we just left. Horrible customer service and dirty! They need to be shut down.

We went there Saturday after swimming to eat and cool down, the minute we got in we smelt urine from the bathrooms, all the tables were dirty , the lobby was a mess, the blizzard machine was nasty as well. The service was slow very slow and the lady tried doubling our order. We order our food and we had someone wash the tables so we could sit waited bout 20 minutes for our food it was ready it was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. People who went there just to get ice-cream waited 30-45 minutes on ice cream!!!! Even the manager looked as if she didnt care to be there or work. Didnt even ask how she can fix it..We had enough the urine was so bad it gave me a headache and we asked for our money back and left. I will never go there again!!!! Dont waste your money!!

Im only giving this one star because I had to in order to leave a review. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt but the last three visits I have gone each one a staff member has gotten ruder by each visit. Specifically my last visit I was made to wait to place and order in the drive thru when I was the only one there. Then when I received my order the cashier got my order completely wrong (I asked for no onions and lettuce, and it was smothered in onions and lettuce) then handed me my daughters sprite with a lid made for smoothies, which is not something you want to give a three old. Im done with this place until either a whole new staff thats properly trained comes in or they tear it down and build a new one.

I worked for Dairy Queen for five months then I loss my job. But the only reason Im not still there because I got fired behind another employee they fired me but the one whom really does customers wrong is still there. This is a okay company it really wasnt that bad they was just disorganize and for some odd reason the bathroom smell like urine and that nasty I tried to undo the smell but doesnt work, food and place is clean the building on the outside is nasty and dirt the customer at time can be rude and very picky but we tried our best to deal with it the best we can thank you for the great opportunity Dairy Queen and thanks Jerald for all u have taught me

SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THIS PLACE! I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN SUCH DISGUSTING A STORE AND BAD SERVICE EVER BEFORE! NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT GREET YOU NOR SMILE, THEY KEPT GETTING OUR ORDER WRONG! HAD TO SEND MY BURGER BACK TWICE AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG! PEOPLE FROM THE DRIVE THRU WERE BEING TOLD TO COME INSIDE CAUSE THEYRE SO SLOW! FINALLY ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND WE LEFT! WIFE DIDNT WANT TO SIT CLOSE TO THE BATHROOM DUE TO THE KILLER ODOR OF URINE! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE GO THERE! HAD TO RATE IT ONE STAR CAUSE IF I DIDNT,IT WOULDNT LET ME POST THIS. IF IT WERE UP TO ME,I WOULDNT GIVE IT A STAR WHATSOEVER! UGH!!!!!

Waited 10 min in the drive thru. Had to drive up to the window to place my order. Simple order, two mini Blizzards. Girl at the window was bothered because I asked her to wipe off the cups so the ice cream running down the side would not drip in my truck. Neither one was what we ordered. Took them inside, and it was a problem to get a refund. Not the way to keep customers....... Hire people who want to work & take care of customers......

Every time I go I get the same thing the taco salad...let me just say they are so much better than taco bells. I love them and will only go to them for my taco salad fix in the future..Grab you one next time you visit..and I have never had a bad experience with this place..They may be short handed and take longer than some of the other places available but I have never been disappointed with them.

Disgusting. Poor service. Bad food. Seriously, I have NEVER came across such a horrible fast food restaurant, especially a Dairy Queen at that. In all honesty, every single time we have gone to this location it has been horrible. I cannot imagine why this place has not closed down? The owner should be ashamed of its awful establishment. Steer clear of this place....too bad its Conroes only DQ! !

I bought over priced kids meal no toy and a medium dip and I was told by the drive thru girl that they could not make one after I order it and gave me no reason why I was trying to check my order was told to move forward the girl keep on slamming the window I felt she was rude cause I asked questions I recomand people maybe shouldnt go here not guest friendly came in Friday 16,2016

After a long wait, I went inside to order. The customer at the window never even started their truck. Finally I gave up on the idea of a sundae and settled for ice cream on a stick for my elderly mother. She joined us to ask what was taking so long. The lone worker got out his keys to get ones to make change for my $5 bill. If youre still reading, you get the picture.

First of all they didnt flip our blizzards over because they knew that it was going to fall out all over the place. Our blizzards were melted. She told us that she was bringing us napkins to help clean up the nasty mess she tried calling a blizzard and came back with a broom so she could flick dirt at us. Practically sweeping under our feet. #notimpressed #losers

Not only did it take forever but when i got to window they handed me main entree then 2 min later my drink. Then tried to give me the blizzards i ordered but tbey were both wrong had to redo. Finally got them and gave me my fries. Fries were old i threw away, blizzards were wrong still after all that. Will never order food again but might go back for icecream
