Ive frequented this place at least 3 times a week since they opened and the food and service WAS great. Yesterday I purchased 2 three piece catfish combos and the orders were wrong. I didnt make a big deal of it and thought it was a simple mistake. Went back earlier today and purchased a #1 and asked for dirty rice but got french fries instead. I came home and called back up there and was told on a recorded phone call by Lisbeth to bring my receipt back and she would replace everything on my ticket for the inconvenience. I returned later that evening and purchased 3 six piece tenders combos for $8.19 and gave Tiffany my receipt for the #1 to he replaced. I will just say, the customer service was HORRIBLE!!! This lady stood at the window for 5 whole minutes and argued with me about what I was told on the phone call that I played for her and what THEIR policy actually is. I tried explaining to her that she should honor what the previous shift manager told me (on a recorded call) instead of trying to tell me what the woman MEANT to say. I told her I would call.corporate because her behavior was unacceptable and she said that was fine cause she did nothing wrong!!! The dirty rice that I love, all three had hard, dried, chewy sections of rice in the carton. Golden Chick started off good with the horrible customer service and hit or miss on the quality of food, the high prices are no longer justified. Consistency is key and Tiffany, please learn the value of a 3 or more times a week repeat customer versus a $2.19 32oz soda!?!?!?!

I ordered the special 10 pc. Bake chicken, I pulled up and they charged my debit card then told me that they didnt have bake, so i ask for a refund, the attendant said it will take at least 24 hrs. for my money to show up. This is soooo messsed up in so many was i dont buy their anymore. I dont mind waiting, but i have a hard time believing nobody new that they didnt have any bake chicken. So Quality inspirations are not being utilized or T T M ( talk to me.) Helloooo KFC yummy for my tummy

The freshness and taste of the chicken here is phenomenal. Ill never eat Popeyes or KFC again. Wouldnt dare touch Churchs either way. Only 4 stars because my order is wrong 7 out of 10 tines. Either theyll forget my yeast roll, or get my drink wrong or something like that.

The rolls were perfect, buttery goodness. The chicken was hot, fresh, and juicy. The manager, Dominic, suggested a different way to package our order that saved us $10. Weve been to Golden Chick for years, but this was one of our best experiences yet!

My daughter bought chicken yesterday from here.She has been throwing up all night. It had a funny taste she said and some pieces were kinda mushy. Sounds like some bad chicken. We will never eat here again. So watch out people.

Usually good and quick but it took 20 minutes of waiting for the food finally be ready . Didnt appreciate it as a customer , the one off westheimer and Richmond has better customer service !

The business was very clean. Hesitant on the orders with or without a soda. Didnt like being watched. Roasted chicken was a little to salty. But the music was quite entertaining.
