The food was fantastic, ate at the Restaurant, The food was fantastic! got canoli and pizza to go, Went to pay our bill and the kid ran my card the first time had trouble printing the slip for me to sign and said that it didnt go through he ran my card again, I was charged double and so I called my bank which suggested that I call the restaurant to get a refund on his batch, he asked that I send in my bank statement so that he could refund me. I live in Houston several hours away (at least 6 hours round trip), we stopped on the way through on a trip.I am not willing to give people I know a copy of my bank statement especially when he could have just checked the batch and saw the same amount charged twice right in a row, and while we were in there, there was only one other customer who left before we did.. It was worth every bit of the 50 dollars for the meal, but not worth all this hassle.Make sure when you check out that they only take your card once!

I was alone tonight and decided to go and get a bite to eat and read my latest copy of Fast Company, a magazine I enjoy. I decided on Bellas Restaurant Pasta & Pizza. It was not a fancy Italian restaurant but it was not without class either. Tonight, their special blew my taste buds away! They cooked up a Chicken Gorgonzola that left me thinking I must be royalty! Yes, it was that good. Lots of sauteed mushrooms, green onions, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes over a bed of spaghetti topped with thinly sliced chicken breast and an amazing sherry cream Alfredo sauce. No need to add any salt, pepper or extras (as I usually do) it was perfect the way it was. Yes, the service was great too.

Bellas is THE BEST!!! Eat Italian anywhere else and you will be greatly disappointed! I saw a review about the rudeness, WHICH we have NEVER experienced at Bellas! They are always exceptionally courteous and always with a hug as we come in and a hug as we leave! The alfredo sauce is DELISH! Lobster Ravioli will NOT disappoint you (as Olive Garden most certainly will!) ... BIG Ravioli FULL of REAL lobster and a wonderful alfredo sauce YUm! The pizza.. we drive 40 mile round trip just for pizza! The cannelloni is to die for! What else can I say.. WE LOVE BELLAS over any other Italian weve ever eaten! Eat your heart out Olive Garden!

Food was horrible. I work at an italian restaurant in florida serving the same food. All the chicken was grilled and tasted like the grill was never cleaned. No seasoning what so ever on any of the food. My chicken marsala was horrible and tasted like pure flour. The brushetta had no basil or onions and had no flavor either. My shrimp alfredo tasted very fishy and was nasty as well. Everything was horrible and disgusting..

First time there I had a daily special which was salmon prepared very well just a little bit more oil than I expected or like the food was good the atmosphere was like enjoyed myself and definitely would be back the only downfall is they dont have a wine or beer which is fine I dont do either one but do like to have one for dinner

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Bowie. The food is great, the service is great, and the owners/staff are amazing and friendly. Our favorites are the Eggplant Parmesan, the Tortellini with Pink Sherry Sauce, the Chicken Aristocrat, the Antipasto Salad, and, of course, the PIZZA! Absolutely recommend to anyone!

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews. It was amazing! The building didnt smell and the food was fantastic. I got shrimp linguine. My Daughter got a bowl of the homemade already sauce and dipped her rolls into it. The salad was so fresh. Pizza tasted perfect. You should give it a try.

The service here was nice enough, but the food just tasted off. My wife and I both got spaghetti. Ive never had spaghetti taste weird before. Which made it seem even more surreal. It was to much to chance since we were travelling. We abandoned our meals, paid and went to McDonalds.

We stopped by on Christmas Eve and what a fantastic surprise this place is absolutely amazing. We had the spinach chicken alfredo pizza and a Canadian bacon. The service is great and very welcoming too. We will have to make a trip to Bowie again just to eat here.

We LOVE Bellas. My husband would go every other day, I think. We live near but the rest of my family will come from W.F. to go eat there. If we want them to come visit, we just have to say we can go to Bellas.

The food is really good. The restaurant however smells like mildew. The owner can be a bit rude as well. Any time I eat here I get takeout to avoid those two issues. Also the food can be a bit pricey

Bellas is consistently good, and much better than you would expect to find in a town the size of Bowie, Texas. Pizzas and calzones are great. Really love their marinara.
