I wont be coming back to this location. I dont know if they have changed ownership or management or what but it is not for the better! On my last 2 visits I had deal with staff that was more concerned about charging extra for things that are part of my meal rather than getting my order correct. The 1st instance was being charged $.90 cents to get my beans in a cup instead of my steak bowl. When I get my bowl to go I only get the rice and meat in the bowl everything else on the side in cups, I have been doing this for years. Then at check out I am told the beans I pay for as part of my meal are extra because you put them in a cup?? WTF? I question this and they tell me that is what they were told to do was charge for anything on the side that is extra, I said IT IS NOT extra it is the beans I did not want in the bowl that comes with it!!! They look at me like I am ridiculous for questioning the overcharge and I get no where from these brainless robots and very immature girls. So again this evening I get 2 bowls first the server barely puts enough rice in the bowl to cover half the bowl. Then as I carefully explain to the next server I only want meat in the bowl and everything else on the side I get the dirty looks as if I am asking them to go to the moon. Then on to next server where I tell her what I want on the side. She proceeds to give me only the toppings for one bowl only and pushes me on to the register and where 2 females could nt get things straight either. Now that is 6 girls later I am having to tell the cashier what I ordered because the last 2 were not interested enough to communicate that info to the cashiers helper to use her sharpie to write it on the tin top. Then I am asking where are the toppings for my second bowl while I am being shoved aside by customers who were behind me because of course once I had already paid and you had my money they wanted me to disappear. So again I am getting these dirty looks because 3 different girls are not capable enough to get it right and they discuss what I ordered between themselves instead of just listening to me. Sooooo let me see I get charged extra for toppings that are supposed to come with the bowl, you push me down line with out listening or getting my order correct and I get to pay for your high school mean girl attitude to boot. Meanwhile 6 poorly organized and very clueless little girls give me dirty looks while screwing up my food. What is more ridiculous than these brainless chicks is the cashier keeps asking me while I am asking her FOR my sides to MY bowls if they are extra sides? Did I ask for extra? Noooooooooooooooo just give me what I paid you idiots!! WHAT FREAKING PART ABOUT THESE ARE MY TOPPINGS DONT YOU UNDERSTAND, She is sooo ready to hit that $.90 cent button for every cup on the register they cant pay attention!! No thanks I will take my money elsewhere.

The food at the Belt Line location is quite good. I ordered the hard tacos, and when I saw 3 shells I figured Id be leaving hungry. I was wrong, I could barely finish my last bite. Very good flavors, great portion sizes and fresh ingredients. The decor is a bit industrial and plain however it was exceptionally clean. And aside from the girl making the food who couldnt speak very good English, it was a great experience. Shes clearly a student nearby and spoke with an eastern European accent, all in all, she was as helpful as she could be with the language barrier, and since they had just opened there was no line to contend with. Great first experience there and pleasantly surprised by the portions. Ill be back.

Personal que están atendiendo deberían de ser más rápidos, son muy lentos y no saben envolver los burritos necesitan practicar. Yo por eso mejor pido un bowl porque no saben hacer burritos :(

Will not go back to this chipotle do not let Anthony make your order I order a chicken burrito turned out more like a veggie burrito this placed sux they are greedy hardly put anything on my burrito not even a spoon full of what I wanted white rice, black beans, corn and chicken not worth what I paid for. I rather go to the Allen location now that chipotle takes good care of their customers....

Not the best day for them Tuesday April 22 at 11:15. I ordered the burrito bowl and some of the items were room temp, but tasted ok. The peppers and onions looked way over cooked and mush. My tray was dirty as was the first table I wanted to sit. No lemons for tea . Usually dont visit this location, so not a reflection of the other stores I have been to.

worker over cooked my tortilla on my burrito. Extremely slow regardless of the long line she obviously sees. spent 5 minutes rolling my burrito and still ended up rolling it unproportioned. you can tell she is new and she needs to go back to training. If the line is long then put pep in your step!!!!

Good enough. Their steak meat is often gristly, but aside from that they work hard to keep their lines moving, and the rest of their ingredients are good quality. Dining room is kept relatively clean, considering the bone-crushing volume this place sees.

I love Chipotle, just not this location. I ordered a steak salad w/ guac, and it was extremely bland, and I could only taste the salsa. Not to mention I didnt get a decent amount of guac. This was the worst bowl Ive had from Chipotle.

Nice interior, good food, but every time I have ordered a bowl they short me, even when I order steak (more expensive option). Might just be the lunch hour rush, but I dont see this as an excuse to give less food for the same price.

I love chipotle but this last few times I have gone they always forget something so Im supper hungry and I get home and there is something missing they added way to much rice so little beans and my chips no where to bee seen

Workers get confused on who does what. They put more food on the burrito (unaware of portions) and when they intent to close/folded it they either brake the tortilla or the food becomes cold before someone can do it right.

For the most part I love Chipoltes. However, Im not so happy about their beef because each time I get the beef it is like chewing gum. Their pork is excellent and the chicken is really good.

Great food with most gluten-free options. The long line at lunch hour moved quickly and there was plenty of seating. With all the windows, it was kinda hot in there, especially by the window.

I always felt their food was a little pricey but I do enjoy it. My only real complaint is consistency. Sometimes things taste slightly off, still good, just off.
